How long to get a response for the exchange of license platform?

I presented a case to Exchange my driver's license for CS6 from PC to Mac, and it's still sitting in the queue as "open - pending Adobe response". I bought the software online directly from Adobe and provided my order number. I don't understand what is so hard to get a response from customer service. Does anyone have a number I can call? Apparently, it is not found on their support site.
