  Sorry, you can not. A CRC error means that there is a serious problem with your drive. You need to replace it.

  Hi Dj, with 1 logical processor you can host up to 20 virtual machines with single processor with vsphere 4.1... What is a virtual cpu 'it's a HEC (material execution context) .. 1 physical blade, you have 24 hearts... 24 * 20 = 480 VMS but logically only 320 vms online can be hosted on an ESX Server and 512 machines offline.

  There a logical scenario, but may not be practical... first try to install virtual machines with simple CPU and gradually increase the load on the server by adding more virtual machines...
