How many part password protect?

Hello

Can password protect all pages in a document. INDD, with the exception of a few pages (front and opened for editing without password last page).

I would appreciate your help.

There is no mechanism to password protect any on the InDesign files. Divide the document into multiple files and send only those that the recipient has to change.

  • How can I password protect my USB port?

    Hello

I use Windows XP SP 2. I want the password protect my USB port so that whenever I plug in a device, like USB flash drive, modem, USB etc key, you are prompted for the password which will protect my computer against unauthorized individuals to use my USB port and helping to prevent the intrusion of virus. How can I put the password in my USB port? This is not possible in Service Pack 2, then I'm ready to upgrade to Service Pack 3. Thank you.

If you want to protect your USB with password if you have lost your pen drive it contains the password, then you can use bitlocker to go. But for USB itself and also to protect the material you may have a look at:

However, I expect that some third-party tools may be able to do.

  • How to access password protected external HDD PX1267E - 1 32

    Hello

I just gave me this USB external drive to my parents who have been given by someone else, however, it is password protected and it does not meet the password factory. Is there a way I can be protected, or should I just trow away?

    Thank you

    What does the password exactly?
I mean what is the meaning of the data protection if it would be so easy to get around password.

Talk with your parents and try to communicate with people who give the HDD to your parents and ask for password.

  • Equium A210-17I do not start - how to access password protected HDD?

My Equium A210-17I (model: PSAFJE) died recently and I'm trying to recover the contents of the hard drive.

I hope that I can just put the drive into another laptop and start (either by using the player itself or a Live CD). Unfortunately, when I put the drive in another machine, it prompts me for a password HDD/SSD but say that the password is incorrect.

Anyone have any ideas? The Equium stores a version coded the password or something?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    What I've tried so far:

1 put the drive in Toshiba Satellite C655. Request password and after 3 wrong attempts to stop.

    2. put the disc into the Compaq 610. Request of password and after 2 attempts to let me Live CD boot. However, once started, the drive is not visible at all (disabled by BIOS).

    3. with all the variations of portable password input - completed by zeros, dashes, spaces, etc.. Uppercase, backward, etc..

In what concerns the attempts to revive the satellite (so I can remove the hard drive password):

When it is plugged in, power and load front lights.
When lit, the logo turns on, the fan turns and can also hear the hard drive.
Then there's just in this State.
No display, no beeps, no lights on the keyboard.

Tried to start after removing the hard drive and CD-ROM drive. Also tried without the installed memory. All the same result.

    Thanks for your help.

    > Unfortunately, when I put the drive in another machine, it prompts me for a password HDD/SSD but say that the password is incorrect.

It seems that the HARD drive has been guaranteed by a HARD drive password.
Mate sorry but this password cannot be deleted if you n t know the password.

Usually to remove the HARD drive password, you must put the HARD drive in the Toshiba laptop, have access the BIOS and there is an option called HARD drive password which allows you to remove the HARD drive KNOWN password.
