Apparently there is no way to change the default save format, but there is an easy way to create a shortcut of "Save as JPEG" in the toolbar quick access in the painting:

In the drop-down list of the paint menu (click the arrow on the icon more left on the menu above the Ribbon bar), hover your mouse over the command "save under...". » ; When the recording options listed on the right, right-click on the one that says "JPEG image" and choose the option "add to the Quick Access toolbar.  Now, you will have an icon in the toolbar at the top of paint which, when clicked, to display the dialog box "save under...". "with JPEG already selected as the file type.

(As far as I know, there is no way to create a keyboard shortcut for the new icon and using the standard keyboard shortcut again will bring up the dialog box default "save under...") (' with chosen as file type PNG.)

  • How is it updated managed with JPG files created in a zone time and copied on a PC in another time zone?

I took a picture in France 5 / 31 at 13:45. The unit was set to the time European (France).  That evening, I copied the file to the SD card for my laptop that has been arrived at the normal time of the Center. When I looked at the Date modified time stamp it shows 5/31 at 06:45. It was the exact time that the image was created in France by using the CST. Why? How Vista handles this area in this case, and how he knew the zone I was in that?

    Hello Mike,.

There's no magic here, if I can understand how it may seem so.  Hard drives now use the NTFS file system, which stores all dates and times in universal time coordinated (UTC), formerly GMT.  When you view the file information, Vista applies the time zone selected by the user to correct the UTC value in local time before posting.  Some electronic devices also store files in UTC format, and of course your camera is one of these.

  • How to change default destination for the files to be imported?

How can I tell LR to import to a new destination disk? I found a similar issue for LR 3 a couple of years, that says in the import dialog box choose the destination. This doesn't seem to be there now. In any case, I want LR to import into the new destination all the time, not only as a one-off. My HD is full and I can't keep moving the files manually. Thanks for any help!

You can change the import (copy, move, add...) path at the top of the import dialog box.  When "Add", the destination panle is hidden, because it means that you come to 'Add' descriptions of the photos to the catalog and do not touch the pictures.

Go to file > process several files. In the dialog box, under 'Labels', select watermark from the menu drop down. You can customize the text (position, police, color, etc.), here.

Suggest her set you up an empty folder on your desktop that is different from the source folder, so that you don't overwrite the originals.

  • How to save png or jpg in the library of Cloud?

I have the idea that you simply move the objects of applications and it is in the library. However, if you wanted to Sage png, JPG, which are the exported on, PSD? It seems that if you import the png and jpg in, PSD or INDD and make them slide library, he adds that if the asset has been created in this program. Web browsers don't support not add them to the library - only when you purchase or download stuff on the market. You can add them through Bridge.

At a time I remember being able to do this and use the asset in any application, but it seems that the feature is gone. Any help would be appreciated.

And run an error that says "image type is prohibited" appears when you try to attach a screenshot here. So I hope that someone understands what I'm looking for help with.

I do not work for Adobe. Generally, you will find personal Adobe in the forums.

    (1) "it seems that if you import the png and jpg in, PSD or INDD and make them slide library, he adds that if the asset has been created in this program.» This is how work CC libraries. For example, if you place a JPEG file in InDesign, and then drag the JPEG as well as InDesign libraries CC illustrations he does not keep a link to the JPEG file. You should incorporate the JPEG format in the InDesign file. When InDesign copies to a library, it includes a file of extract (useful for back into InDesign, where it can be restored) and a PDF file (useful if you place it in Illustrator or Photoshop).

Then to circle back to your original question, "How do I save png or jpg in the...» Library? "You open them in Photoshop and let them slide to the library.

    (2) ' the web browsers don't support not add them to the library - only when you purchase or download stuff on the market. " You cannot add them by bridge. "Web browsers or bridge are currently part of a CC library workflow. As the diagram at the beginning of the first reference I gave you has pointed out, library workflow is based on the implementation of CC CC desktop applications and mobile applications and use the work in mobile applications and desktop applications.

    (3) "and run an error that says"image type is prohibited"appears when you try to attach a screenshot here.» You are running within the limits of the Jive, which is Adobe software licenses to run the forums. Only files such as PNG or JPEG can tie in the window using the "camera" icon image.

  • How to open jpg files in camera raw?

I read in several articles that I can open jpg files in ACR of 11 items. They are all State to open the file > open, and then navigate to the jpg file you want to open, select Camera Raw in the file type and select the jpg file. When I select the Camera Raw file type then all the jpg images disappear in the area of selection or if I first click on the jpg and then select Camera Raw and open then it says file not found. I did this wrong or are the articles I read wrong?

If you are using windows, it's file > open. On a mac, select the picture, then from camera raw in the format menu, and then click Open and don't worry about what appears or does not appear in the window.

    Hi Patrick,

You can try to save the file through Microsoft Paint. Open the image in Microsoft Paint and click on file, then click on record under. A window will open. Click the drop-down list next to record under. Choose the type of image you prefer, and then click Save.

    Kind regards.

  • Default.PNG on iPad/AIR

    Hello

I would like to see a splash screen to come while my app iPad charge... it currently shows a black screen.

I develop the air for iOS application in Flash Pro CS5.5

In the docs, I see you need to include a Default.png file that would appear while the application is loading.

I created a file Default.png, 1024 x 768 (landscape) and placed in the same directory as the configuration of my app xml file. Will be published "Quick Publishing to test apparatus" and he created the ipa. But Default.png does not appear when I run. I also tried to place the file png with my sources & fla files, but that no longer works.

It seems that there must be a way in the configuration file needed to use a splash screen image, but I don't know how to do this, and he did not mention the docs. The docs talk about the app in the command line to include Default.png, what I'll do if I have to, but would like to know if there is another way of construction.

    Thank you

    -rich

You must add the default png for your files included within flash otherwise it builds in the IPA

  • Can we change the default image in JPG format in windows 7

    Hi all

Our problem is that many users make a screenshot and paste it into an email.

Our standard company is in outlook rich text format, and so if a user paste a screenshot in the mail it will be great because it's a PNG image.

I try to educate our users to save screenshots in jpg format and more attached to the post, but I would like to ask, if it is a solution to change the default png to jpg format?

    Thanks for your replies!

    Respect,

    Akos

    Hi Akos,

There is not really a way taken in charge for you to achieve this goal. However, there may be a 3rd party option that would only achieve this by changing the registry values in Windows.

However keep in mind that using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  • How can I change the default icon for a file type

    Hey there,

I know I did in Windows XP and I am hoping there is a way to do this in Windows 7.

How can I change the default icon for a file type?

I want to have all my .sql files appear with a regarless of the specific program's icon is defined as the default program to open with.

I did some research, but he has only led hacks registry, I tried but not lucky? Does anyone know of a way?

Here is a free software that will do it without risky registry changes.  Of course I would recommend when even take a few seconds to create a system restore point before using it, just to be sure.
