Now the phone seems to work fine, except that an icon appears when I press the button bb permanently. This icon is a question mark and the application is called "Blackberry App Advisor". When I click on it it wont open that neither she closed. The phone stucks when I try to open it through this selection and then I have to press the bb button to return to the House. The phone works normally in spite of this app.

  Sorry, very busy during the week. If the battery pull did not help, uninstall applications, 3rd party, one by one. Check if this "advisor" disappears once you delete an app. In addition, remove your SD card and see if it makes a difference.

  Found a solution! Laughing out loud! How delayed. I changed my email in bb code. For example, after changing from one gmail to another account, I changed it back and baaammmm! Problem solved, but do not know why it should be a problem in the first place right?

  Given your situation, I recommend first this method... from a PC, you can install any bundle of BONES to a BB via this procedure:

  Note that although written for "reload", it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or recharge - it depends on the OS package you download and install on your PC. XML. remember that you remove from your PC, no matter what other packages devices OS BB as having more than one installed on the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.

  2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.

  Gotcha: when you say reboot, does mean that you tried a battery pull?  If you have a WiFi connection available, try using this connection then the open app world.  You can also try reinstalling http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/download.jsp AW
