I bought the cloud creative on a new student account as I am currently a full-time student. However, when I download the creative cloud app and try to connect, it brings back me to my old adobe id. I can't connect to the creative cloud and download my apps
Yesterday, I bought the teachers edition CC,
I connected and connected to the Behance.
I wanted to download apps, then he let me download first CCdesktop.

3. I used adobe cleaner uninstall ALL previous versions of my adobe, I actually cleaned ALL. The log file shows a few parts and files that could not be deleted. But all the Creative Suite 5 programs have disappeared.
4. I asked the help of online chat also. After an hour of waiting this session help wasn't going anywhere. I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.
Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.
Y at - there someone out there who knows what that is my problem, or what else can I try to connect to the creative cloud?

I deleted the links adobe.activate buttom and now I finally have access to the applications.
Wish I went to 1 minute with the help of session last night
I hope this helps someone else with the same problems of connecton.
This problem is now fixed, I want to install Apps.

1 first, I got the items PS 14 and 14 first installed on my computer. I installed the creative cloud with the Ps and Lr to try with trial. I've had internet problems and had to recover the system in the first part of Jan2016. I then had to reinstall the trial version of ch & Lr with creative cloud. This is when my problems began with the installation of creative cloud. I tried all the solutions I could tell with my installation problems, and nothing worked. I'm still in evaluation mode and am seriously thinking about buying the Ps and Lr combo for creative cloud, but would like to finish my first trial.
Any help would be appreciated.

Having trouble accessing the creative cloud for download it and other applications
I use Safari v9.1.1 on an iMac with v10.11.5 El Capitan.
I tried every way I can see to get the links to download creative cloud or one of the applications with it (I have the number of members all apps) and whenever I click on a download link, it transfers me to the link to download, but then it just sits there. No spinning icon, no "Please wait", no message 'Download now', just a blank in my browser screen and nothing happens (see below - it is just on this screen forever). I just visited this site on my Windows laptop and accesses all what I needed, he does everything just not on my Mac. I can not even the desktop app creative cloud download so that I can try from here. It has been super frustrating for the last two hours.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I cancelled my subscription to the cloud creative adobe by cancelling on the Web page. But I (for my error) do this after canceling the automated billing of Paypal (after I saw that I had not already canceled and panic cancel).
