  The answer to this depends on the size of the extraction of the query.  If the size of the extraction is > = 100 million, everything goes back in a single cycle of the DB.  If< 100="" million,="" then="" it="" will="" be="" divided="" into="" multiple="" trips="" to="" the="">

  On the tab 'Flow' of my model, I click on my head to target. Then on the drop down 'Selector IKM', select 'IKM SQL for Hyperion Planning. It gives the error:

  Any ideas? I am really new green on ODI and I am at the end to try to run my dimension build. Any help is appreciated.

  You must select a transit area which is different to the planning, because this isn't an intermediate technology supported. What you need to do is to go to the tab definition of your interface tick the 'target different transit zone"and then select a relational technology (that is, one that takes supported SQL) in the drop-down list below. If you have no relational db on stage your data and then select ENGINE SUNOPSIS MEMORY which is the memory in DB that is provided as part of the ODI.

  Oracle Portal users are not defined in the database. They are defined as inputs in your LDAP server (Oracle Internet Directory) below the tree defined as a basis for research of the users in the Oracle Portal:

  Portal generator > Administration > global settings > tab: SSO/OID

  Therefore, there is no mapping between users defined in Oracle Internet Directory and the users defined in your database.

  To connect to the database, Oracle Portal uses the authentication of the Proxy (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/java.111/b31224/proxya.htm). Connections are made mainly by the user PORTAL_PUBLIC (who is often mentioned as part of the database schema in the user properties). The schema of database in the portal user profile defines the schema that is used to perform the procedures in the database of Portal metadata repository. Theoretically, you can use a different schema than Oracle Portal, but I have not seen all cases where this has been helpful.

• How to improve the effectiveness of Jump-Cut editing?

  I'm new to Premiere Pro (recently increased from Sony Vegas) and am amazed at all the great features that I discovered in Premiere Pro. I post here to ask veterans of the program if some commands/tools exists or if there may be a quicker way to edit my videos that I even think not.

  Background: I do videos vlog-style for the pleasure and jump-cut about 50 times in a row with pictures of me talking to a camera and take small pauses between comment to gather my thoughts and repeat me with different wording. I understand not skilled video editors look down on the jump to Cup in general because it is not 'good film' and takes little skill to produce but I'm happy with my final product and him "should I use jump cuts" is not really why I'm writing.

  Issues related to the:

  1. is there a command or a tool that would allow me to automate my clipping style? To change, I display the audio waveform and clip quite regularly some images before and after the Visual my speech starting or ending spike.   3. are there other tools or methods would you guys recommend to increase my efficiency edition? Regarding this jump cut editing style, of course.

  I tried to find various tools and advice for this type of editing, but many key words that I tried to use 'compress clips""automatic capture"results on a completely different topic. Could all veterinarians here point me in the right direction with the key words of the tools or methods so I could read more on increasing the efficiency for this style of video editing? I do not expect these tools exist in fact to be honest, I'd feel just as crazy if I waited a year after the purchase of this great ask program only to realize a huge timesaver tool was made available to me all the time! I'm more of a type "until you discover the research" of the user of the computer and hate to bother with my questions, but my research has not given something precious, so I write finally asking help veterans.

  I do not see how it would be relevant, but I use Windows 10 with an Intel i7 processor. I did have problems with my equipment that I have not been able to resolve the problems with this awesome forum, though!

  What I ended up doing was doing a Subvi to open, read, write, and close each data type, I use the packaged in 4 polymorphic SubVIs (polymorphic Open, read, etc...)

  Now all I have to do I drop in the polymorphic Subvi and it switches automatically to the appropriate data type

  Once the user selects the line selector, application needs to update the status of this particular emp 3 in Table_X.
  Currently, if I select a line, using the line selection box, my update process changes the status of the first record line. If I select three rows, then my first three rows updated.
  So I have to update the particular line or selected using the selector (checkbox) row lines
