  The problem was not the bios, but the new installation of Windows that has used the wrong device.
  Directly linking the R273948.exe Dell driver has not solved the problem

  I did the following steps:

  1. make sure that Bluetooth is enabled in the bios

  2 removed the generic bluetooth device in Device Manager

  3. manually added the bluetooth device in Device Manager (for me it was the 365 dell bluetooth module)

  4A ran update 'setupbluetoothDFu in the unpacked R273948 driver.

  5. install the driver R273948

  Worked for me.  (Dell N5010 wind 7 64 Premium bios A12 version wow)

  If the BT module has been installed, then you should find a BT tag at the bottom of the unit.

  I guess that you will not find this label because your device was not equipped with internal BT module.
