  I looked at the specs from your laptop to a lot of Web sites. Yours is not a portable touchscreen.  In a notebook of the touch screen the screen has two main parts. Upgrade of the screen, so it works will be quite expensive.

  I have a new laptop which is Acer Aspire V5-471P-33214G50Mass, and I can't seem to do the touch screen works.

  

  The internet said that I should check the box with use your finger as an input device option. But as you can see from the screenshot I included, there is no option for me to do. What can you propose to solve this problem, the touch screen no matter where just gives no response or comments, it does not work.

  But im sure that the material is thin and undamaged, because on the first week, we bought it, it works very well, and there was no physical impact or a trauma that strikes my laptop.

  The app can be a bit of a pain to use. I use the built in Facebook account myself and the social widget. But if your not notification of the application to check online application settings in your Facebook account account and make sure that all its features are listed and allowed.

  We do not custom rom as it might void your warranty. We really cannot speak yet at all here. There are ways, but its always a risk to try. I think that you will find the widget app locker will help you customize your lock screen, and there are also other launchers that can help you change your layouts of the screen without modding as well. There is all kinds of applications to change things to the point before you need mod for a little more.

  Last night I did the reset complete back to factory settings... erase all files and reinstall Windows 8.1.  It took several hours.  It did not touch screen feature.  I also tried pressing F2 at startup and running the diagnostics on all of the touch screen.  He failed and gave me an error code.  As the computer is still under warranty (I don't have possession for another week yet), I talked to HP technical support on live chat and gave him the error code.  He said he must be sent to HP for service.  Since I live on a military base that, he told me that I must call their number of military sales to the United States.  When I called them, they were closed.  I won't and I'll try to return it to the base exchange where I bought it.  Thanks for trying to help me solve this problem.  I guess that's just DOA.

  I don t have this model of laptop and cannot help you on this subject, but it must be described in the document s user manuals.
  I also saw that this laptop has preinstalled software touch screen. Play a little with it and in the worst cases try to reinstall. You can find version 2.01.0020 page of Australian download for your laptop model.

  I had to replace the HDD on my L855-B511, I tried to create a recovery media to replace the HARD drive by using both DVD and USB sticks, but it didn't work because I think that the HARD disk has been corrupted.

  There is no license sticker windows at the rear of the laptop or under the battery (only the windows logo 8), so I downloaded an app to retrieve the product key from the registry, but after reinstalling windows, I tried to turn it on, I discovered that the product key is not valid (tried the application on another machine and it gave me a product key different than that on the sticker).

  There is unfortunately no way to do it. In my opinion, your problem is clearly guaranteed service provider and the question should swap HARD drive for free. This model is fairly new, so I assume that the warranty is still valid. You could tell the guys to service this recovery media creation didn't work and ask if you can get a free recovery media.

  If you want to fix on your path you must order the new recovery disc. This laptop model is available on the Middle East so I don't know if you can order it on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx but you can check it out.

  Hello ErikPx , the better to do a reload of the OS using the hidden partition would be turning the device off, with the power off then back and when you see the Acer logo, hold down the ALT key first then press F10 (1 time) and release both buttons. It should be a message that says that windows is loading files. When you see this and it loads the Acer E-recovery choose the first option.

  If I understand your question, read the following:

  The ability to rotate the screen image is a characteristic of your video
  card, to help work with instructors who turn to the portrait
  orientation. Almost certainly you accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and
  an arrow key.
  Rotate using these keys.
