  • Thunderbird > tools > accounts settings
  • After clicking the account settings > you get a pop up window
    • Left hand side you can see the list of emails that you configured
    • Same left panel last option is the outgoing server settings

Preferably, this would happen when the "Update" button is pushed on the form. And this should occur before the data is sent.
