  Well, I might suggest that you uninstall the older versions of PSE, but if you do not want to...

  1. Right-click on an image file
  2. Select open with >
  3. Select Choose program
  4. Click the Browse button
  5. Navigate to the executable file for PSE8 (probably something like C:\Program Adobe Photoshop Elements 8\PhotoshopElements.exe), and then click Open
  6. Back to screen 'Open with', check the box "Always use the selected program to open this type of file"
  7. Click OK

  In order to change the default program for the external application Editor. Please follow the instructions below.

  Click on the Edit menu, then choose Preferences.

  Once the dialog box is open.

  Click on file publishers.

  In the left pane, you will find all types of files that you want to change.

  On the right, you'll find publishers for this specific file type.

  If you want to add any other application, you must click on + symbol at the top of the right pane.

  Select the path of the application that you want to apply.

  Click Open.

  If you want to primay you can click available main option at the top right. For more detials please check the screenshot below.

  I think that you have found the solution but if still you are facing the question, please give me the url of the site that opens another provision in the tablet.

  You can change a model of a composite partitioned table subpartition by replacing it with a new model of subpartition. All subsequent operations that use the subpartition template (such as ADD PARTITION or MERGE PARTITIONS ) will now use the new subpartition template. Existing subpartitions remain unchanged.
