  .folio files are not re-editable. If you make changes to the text, or copy, you need to have access to the documents original InDesign to create folios.

  You can rename it to .zip and see what is inside (and change it using Notepad ++ / TextWrangler). I don't think you can actually "import" in good AE or change them "as a package".

  Just do a top doubleclick to install the Pack. That's all.

  On Vista.
  Open with 7zip and extract the background image in a folder of your choice. Now, select, do a right-click and select "use as background image".
