How to change your settings to allow you to be able to place images and things outside of the artboard when you work? I have it on a single file and I opened another and the setting seems to have changed, but I can't find where to change it.

  Suzann7777 you want to run the installation program to install Photoshop Elements.  If it gives you the option uninstall then it is already installed.  In this case, please use the normal method to open the program to the operating system you are using?
