How to choose a specific address book to my list of address books?

I have three address books and I never know where a new section will appear. I would choose a specific address book when I make a new entry. I would also like to be able to remove an address book.

Your directory pane is enabled in your address book
In the menu at the top of the address book window
"Display - layout" - put a check mark next to "Directory Pane"
Does that help?

TB38.2 Win10-PC

Just saw Zenos post.
If you select the address book in the left pane, when you select 'New Contact', the address book is filled beforehand in the "ADD to:" box.

    Hello

    I have question for WMI, how to disable a specific device in the boot list? I found "BootODD" "BootFDD" etc. in the documentation, but I have no idea how to use. And here my question.

    Documentation:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB3803HR0000R01_TOSHIBA_BIOS_WMI_Interface_Guide_-_13_Rev_1.1.PDF

    Do you know that pdf is a guide for authors of vb script?
    I don't think running a script against the BIOS is a good way to learn.

    In any case, here is a link to download Microsoft Scriptomatic which is a very good place to learn [http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12028]

    Also, try a search for examples of WMI scripts there necessarily one who does your job.

    Good luck

  • How to choose a specific value in a drop-down list using javascript

    Hello

    I'm looking for a way to select a specific value in a drop-down list (the first value) using javascript? How would I do that? Thank you in advance.

    Here's how you can select the first item without having to know what it is:

    Set the value of the drop-down list to the first element cb1

    var f = getField ("cb1");

    var val = f.getItemAt (0, true);

    If (val) f.value = val;

    Change 0 to a different index if desired, or use-1 for the last item in the list. More information for the field getItemAt method is in the Acrobat JavaScript documentation.

  • How can I hide the addresses in my list of contacts in specific group when I send an e-mail to this group?

    How can I hide the addresses in my list of contacts in specific group when I send an e-mail to this group?  I don't want to have all email addresses

    made available to everyone in the group.

    Thank you!

    You use Windows Mail? The bold at the bottom is the party concerned.

    You can also create groups if you send e-mail to the same people often.

    You can create a single group name (or alias) to use when sending a message to several contacts at the same time. Just create a group name and add individual contacts to the group. Then just type the name of the group in the box for when you send mail.

    1. in the address book, select the folder in which you want to create a group. Click New in the toolbar, and then click New Group.
    2. the Properties dialog box opens. In the group name box, type the name of the group.
    3. There are several ways to add people to the Group:
    a. to add a person from your address book list, click Select members, and then click a name in the address book list.
    (b) to add a person directly to the group without adding the name to your address book, type the person's name and e-mail address at the bottom of the Properties dialog box and then click Add.
    to add a person to both the Group and your address book, click New Contact and enter the appropriate information.
    (d) to use a directory service, click Select members, and then click search. Select a directory service in the drop-down list at the end of the text box. After finding and selecting an address, it is automatically added to your address book.
    4. Repeat for each addition until your group is defined.

    Note

    a. to view a list of your groups separately from the list of address book in the address book on the view menu, make sure that folders and groups is selected.

    b. you can create multiple groups, and contacts can belong to several groups.

    If you want to send to a group without addresses are displayed for each recipient, open the address book and make a new entry. Enter the name of the group in the area of the display, but use your address. (Some Internet service providers require a legitimate address in the line to and recipients will know it's from the Group).

  • Choose the specific output in GarageBand

    Hi all!

    Any of you know how to use a specific output in GarageBand?

    I try to use the headphones to my card its (Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL, use it as in line class in OSX El Capitan). My card outputs 7 and 8 for the mixture of helmet, presented in GarageBand it's stuck using only the outputs 1-2.

    So basically I only have sound if I plug my headphones in the back of my camera, using 1 or 2, which means having the sound in one ear only.

    I can easily use the outputs 7 and 8 on other software (tried in Digital Performer, works like a charm), but can't seem to make it work in GarageBand.

    Any ideas on how to do it?

    Thank you!

    In GarageBand, you can choose the Audio Interface to use as the output device, but there is no way to get stereo from your project to a specific output channel if the device has several outputs.

    Hope that helps
