How to choose the elements that are copied when using a custom template?

Hello

As the title, how to choose whether or not an element is copied into a new project when the project is created from a custom template?

I recently created a custom template by following these instructions, as had recommended after my last question on the forums:

Click

The template was created so that I can create several versions of a broad program of LabVIEW with unique names (using the prefix in the project options). It works fine except that some things are not copied into the new project, even if they are part of the model. The most important point of "disappeared" is for runtime menu (which is a RTM file). Does anyone know why this might be missing? And how to make sure, it is included in the future?

Thanks for any help.

OK, here is the custom script VI (saved in LabVIEW 2012) and XML update that should fix your test project. You can take a look at how I implemented XML and script VI, then make the changes applicable to your current project.

1. use the attached file to MenuTest.xml for your meta data. Note the new sections CustomVIMode and CustomVIPath .

2 create a folder next to your .lvproj of the source script and place the PostCopyScripting.vi in there.

Once you have done so, your MenuTestProject should be copied on properly... the GTR will be present in the new Bachelor of LAW, it will have a correct prefix (if specified), and it will be the correct link to the VI.

I would like to know if you have any other questions or problems.

I had someone me my laptop gift and there are elements, I don't think I'll ever use as Apple store etc. My friend was kind enough to upload my pictures and my videos my sims card phones, but when I look at it is more than once exemplary. I have to remove the duplicates manually? Please say its not then... as well as with my music...

You can go through them and remove duplicates manually, or there are many programs that can check duplicate files and delete them if you have copies.

  • How to choose the object that others will line up to?

Hi I'm attacking with Illustrator, having been familiar with CorelDRAW X 5, and some of the fundamental things in artificial intelligence are just weird!

A common operation is to have a bunch of stuff I want to align, where I spent the time of positioning on the particular object so I want that everything stays aligned him to this object. I can do it in artificial intelligence?

For example, I have two rectangles A and B, separated horizontally with a greater than B. I want that the upper edge of the B to align to the top edge. I select A, then B and align top. It works - B moves upward.

However if I want albums edge to align the top edge of the B, it does not work how I expect. B always moves. It doesn't matter if I choose first or second, B is the one who moves, when A is above B.

It's frustrating when I have a lot of objects that are carefully aligned, and I want to align a new object with them. What often happens is that all of my objects placed move to align with the Unplaced object, so I spend a lot of time.

Y at - it a simple way to choose the object that others in the choice of align on? In CorelDraw, it's the last selected object that determines how many others will be moved.

    Thank you

    Rob

Select all the objects you want to align, and then click again on the object of the selection you want that all the others will match (object key).

the key of the object will appear thicker than others.

  • How to remove the files that are most referenced in the catalogue

Over the years, we have a number of files (raw files ~ 650) who withdrew from the catalog but not my hard drive. This happens mainly because I used the wrong combination. But now I am stuck how can I find and delete these files?

    Best strategy so far:

-Use Synchronize folders to search for the missing files from the catalog

    -The re-importation of a keyword - deleteme.

I'd really rather avoid this because I really don't want to take the risk of any chance to have these files. Any other ideas?

In each of your folders in Lightroom, create a new folder and call it temp. In Lightroom, move the images that are located in the folders to temporary folders. Go to your finder and delete these images that were not moved to the temp folder. (ie. those that Lightroom was not aware of) Move images back in Lightroom, and then delete the temp folder.

Personally, I'd go with import via synchronization of the top-level folder and then delete the images as you watch the "previous import" and get rid of all 650 photos at once. No necessary but useful keyword as a security measure.

  • How to find the media that are listed under the heading "Current project" but is no longer used in the timeline?

    Good day everyone.

Been working on a fun project for a while now and overtime, I added the audio, images and YouTube videos in my project that later, I decided not to use in the timeline panel.  These media (for example, a specific song or image) are always loaded when I load the project and are included in the assets of the project, of course.  The reason being, I never deleted from the project.

Now, I probably have about 30 to 40 cases.  It is time to clean house and I want to know if there is a command or a way to get the first (ss12) to highlight, gold banner somehow let me know which media, well listed and loaded, is not used in the timeline panel.

    Any chance this feature exist?

    Best.

    Love_Green_Turtles

For your consideration... Try on a new mini test project before using it on a project of 'true '...

    Open an active project

Click on the Options tab of Control Panel

In the Panel Options Select display

Select in the List View view

In list view all files that are in the current project and the timeline will have a green dot in the used column.

If you delete a file from the timeline, the green dot next to the involved file will disappear.

You should be able to go through the list of assets/open project view and clear all entries that do not have a green dot next to them.

Another safety net to consider... make a copy of the 'real' project and try the above on the copy.

Please let us know if we have targeted your question and if the works above for you.

    Thank you.

  • How to target the buttons that are nested by 2 levels and one more thing...

OK I'm going.  The link below, this is what I deal with

    http://clienttestsite.X10.MX/beta/garage.swf

The garage door has a chevrolet logo that is thrilling. I know not how to make buttons but I need the garage door to become a button when you click on the animation plays instead of playing automatically.

The upper part of the chest of the tool will be a button that plays the animation backwards and the drawers are the buttons that open to an e-mail for each form.  But I do not know how to target those buttons because they are nested two levels below the main timeline.

In the case where he changes the way to proceed, once completed this film will be imported in another.

    Help, please!

    Thanks in advance.

As long as the object that you want to make clickable is an object with an instance name (movieclip, button, etc.) you can make it work like a button.  If you know how the code for the buttons, then this should be everything you need to know to make the garage door a clickable object.

Target buttons that are nested you can use the point rating to target... Since you did not identify the details of nesting, here's how it goes mainly...

  • No data when querying XML document which does not have all the elements that are populated

    Hi people

Following the previous post http://bit.ly/beyCdc forum, I met a new show that I'm looking to solve today.

    General information:

The xml document, I try to shred them may exist in 2 forms; b limited form and (b) complex form, which
to comply with the same xmlschema.

The structure of the two forms of the document is:

    b limited version

    (1) under the parent node (of BASANTA) is a child node - RTDRFileHeader
    (2) also under the parent node is a node of complex "ConnectionList. This can consist of thousands of child nodes 'connection '.
    (3) below a given node of "Connection" are child nodes that are of interest, they are:

          Connection/HPMN
          Connection/VPM
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/TAPSeqNo
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TAPTxCutoffTmstp
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TAPAvailTmstp
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TAPCurrency
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TotalNetCharge
          Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TotalTax
    (b) extended version

The structure of the Extended version is identical to the above limited version but there are elements of additional group under the /chargeInfo. element
It's TrafficBreakdownList and AdditionalChargeInfo. In addition, the TrafficBreakdownList has child nodes that contain elements of the group.
    For example.
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/CallEventType
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/CallEventType/CallEventInfo/NumberOfEvents
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/CallEventType/CallEventInfo/TotNetCharge
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/CallEventType/CallEventInfo/TotTaxValue
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/InvPeriod
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalNetChargeSDR
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalTaxSDR
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/VPMNLocCurr
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalNetChargeVLCSR
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalNetChargeVLCCD
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalTaxVLCCD
        Connection/FileItemList/FileItem/FileType/InitTAP/ChargeInfo/TrafficBreakdownList/TrafficBreakdownItem/AdditionalChargeInfo/TotalTaxVLCCD
What I'm trying to achieve, if possible, is to have a SQL statement that can interrogate the two versions of the xml document. Currently
the following SQL statement works properly against the extended version XML document, but when used against the limited version he returns no rows.

I guess what I'm after is like a LEFT JOIN XML :-) If the node is not present, returns NULL for this element.

    Hi Simon,.

I guess what I'm after looks like a LEFT JOIN XML

    Exactly.

Try to add a (+) after the last two XMLTABLEs operator:

    ...
           ,XMLTABLE(
                      XMLNAMESPACES

    HTH.

PS: the declaration of namespaces does not appear in the 'limited' version, perhaps you simply forgotten in your sample? Could you confirm?

  • How can I protect certain areas are copied when using Content Aware Fill in CS6?

I want to remove the paper box and soft bottom.  When I use the content aware fill, it copies a few people...  How can I protect the people to be copied?  Or is there a better way to remove unwanted objects?SKP_6409.JPG

To prevent collection of the material, you don't want to, as the picture, one layer and mask just on the stuff that you don't want for you (and filling) do not see Content Aware Fill.  It's the easiest way I find to remember.

  • value of the element is not common when used in dynamic action

I'm learning the 5 apex and I wanted to create a page that would update the fields in a record by entering the unique id of the recording using a dynamic action with plsql.

When I click on the button update the value of the element of the text uses the previous value and not the input current. The 'works' update, but the ID values are not appropriate.

How can I make sure that when I click on the update button, the dynamic action will get the current value of the text element and not the previous (when the page was submitted)?

I created a quick demo or what I was testing in apex.oracle.com and always gives me the same result.

What dynamic action event and what types of action are involved here? Provide details, or better yet share identification information of developer comments for the apex.oracle.com workspace so that we can see the demo.

If the dynamic action executes an SQL statement or a PL/SQL process on the server that requires page updated element values in session state, specify these items as part of dynamic action Page to submit items .

  • How to stop the automatic zoom input / output when using my mouse?

Whenever I try to do something that involves the use of the needle on my laptop the screen zooms in to the point where the text is too small for me to continue to work.  I use Ctrl-0 or select zoom from the menu and zoom out up to 100%.  This happens over and over again.  I can't do anything with my new computer - surf the web, check your emails, create/edit documents because I continually moved to a new resolution of the screen that is impossible to read.

Your touchpad is probably a multitouch touchpad which is able to detect more than one finger at a time.  In fact, most of the new laptops that have these days.  If it is too sensitive, it can detect presses when you're not even touch her.  Sometimes my palms are considered to be the two fingers and enable this feature "pinch to zoom".

Unfortunately, this is not a Windows control.  The hardware manufacturer who built the touchpads provides the software that runs it (the pilot).  Some creators of touchpad (as the Synaptics company) have a really robust software that includes a control panel to adapt it in many ways, including this sensitivity and even a few features such as a Palm check that tries to detect when it is not an intentional touch.

You'll have to talk to anyone to build your PC or refer to the manual well because each business is different.  If you can display your PC name and model number here, I try to look as well for you.

  • How can I remove the bookmarks that are no longer used.

I have a list of bookmarks on firefox. Many are more used.
How can I remove the individual bookmarls of my list.
Tried to highlight and delete them, but that does not work...

You can right click and delete, select and use the key "Delete", or remove
multiple bookmark click to the left of the favorite icon, and then add more with "Ctrl + click"
or spread with "Shift + click" then delete.

You can remove bookmarks as described for the deletion of history in

    http://KB.mozillazine.org/Viewing_the_browsing_history_-_Firefox#Selecting_history_items

The reference to bookmarks won't in the details, because it is in the article above.

    http://KB.mozillazine.org/Sorting_and_rearranging_bookmarks_-_Firefox

You will be perhaps easier to delete bookmarks you don't want in the list of the bookmarks library. As noted in the article to bookmark sorting you can view and sort by additional columns, I recommend installing the extension "Show Parent Folder" link is in the article to bookmark, unfortunately that you can add the column is not sortable, but it provides valuable information.

  • How to track the URLS that are not in the 'history', but were actually visited by the browser?

I open a page web mith several links that appear the same:
    www.someurl.com/somepage.SD#
When I click on links, the section of the web page is expanded and more information is displayed. the web page contains JavaScript. So, I want to follow the real URL that the browser visits.

These data are retrieved via a XMLHttpRequest to rebuild the part of the page and the URL in the location bar remains the same.

You can see in the Web Console (Web Developer > Web Console;) CTRL + SHIFT + K) as a POST and GET action.

You won't see a history entry in this case because you are not actually visit this web page.

These data are simply used by JavaScript to update the content of the current page.
