How to collect and sort lists of tasks

I share a file of numbers with a client via iCloud. Each department puts their requests in a spreadsheet in a different tab, and the spreadsheet sizes vary according to the number of pending applications.

I wonder if there is a way to create a table in another tab which brings together all the information from other spreadsheets and it sorts chronologically, so that I can easily see my priorities among various applications.

I'm totally not initiated in number.

Shouldn't be too difficult, as there are some regularity to the structure of the tables 'different '.

Each tab (sheet) probably has a single table named Table1.

How the data presented on this table?

Are the other tabs / the same Tables?

How many tabs/Tables?

  • How to cut and sort clips on the fly... ??

    I have a lot of video of table tennis (ping-pong) that I am the first edition.  I don't do anything too fancy.  Mainly two objectives.  A simple video summary of the matches, but then I also want to cut out all the bad things, too, so I can study to see what I'm doing wrong.

    To get the highest point in I just read on the side of the Source video and use the brand of beginning and Mark Out to select parts of the video, and then I just videos that insert into the timeline.  In the end, I have a nice timeline of all the highlights and I can do what I want with it.

    At this point, however, I have to go back in the all-new and basically do the same thing, but mark the other sections, that I want to go out and add those timeline up to my video "shadows."

    Looks like there will probably be a better way.  How can I manage two of these objectives with a single run through the video?  Can I manage 2 separate calendars, or is there a way to simply record the clip that I scored quickly so that I have easily add to the timeline later?  What would be great is if I could just mark the clips on the way, then save clips in separate folders and return to use those on a timeline later.  Then I can mix the two and have fun with that, too.

    Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.  I feel I'm doubling the amount of time I should be working on this stuff through the videos twice.

    If you appoint highlights evidence with a base name and the shadows with another, it would be easy to deposit each batch into its own sequence.

    I have a table with the information (values), I want to read and collect the 4 values in the table. These must serve more than calculations.

    Take a scenario:
    Let's say the row index is 2.5 and the column index is 5.6 (these values are other calculations), so I'd like to collect the values of the matrix, return (2.5) (2.6) (3.5) and (3.6). Thus, in the closest base to the index value of two integers.

    The next step is to use these four values make a bilinear interpolation (that's my problem), but in order to use them, I need to get them into a knot of formula.

    To sum up; How to collect and store the 4 values for further calculations.

    Sounds like what you are really looking for is 2D.vi interpolate. Check it out on the range of mathematics under the Interpolation.

    Or you use another type of interpolation function?

    No need to reinvent the wheel if your 2D table represents just the nodes on a surface.

    then save / print or do whatever you want with the text TaskList.txt file

    In your select statement to the report, the column for DATE information must be one data type DATE or another...

    Hi, I created a componet customized to retrieve information about the task, I use TaskSearchFilter to search for tasks, but how can I sort the list of tasks?

    I know there is filter.addSortDesc (String) and filter.addSortAsc (String), but I don't know what to put if I want to sort by date id or the completion of the task.

    I tried to put addSortDesc ("TaskId") or addSortDesc ("Id"), but it doesn't seem to work. Is docs/reference available for the list of attributes, by that I can fix?

    There is a file of constants in the taskmanager client container.  Here's an example of how use us the filter for tasks for a provided processinstanceid.  We did the sorting on pCREATION_TIME, but it can easily be replaced by pID to sort by task id.

    Temporary TaskManagerQueryService = TaskManagerClientFactory.getQueryManager (clientFactory);

    TaskSearchFilter taskSearchFilter = new TaskSearchFilter();

    taskSearchFilter.addSortDesc (TaskSearchingConstants.pCREATION_TIME);

    taskSearchFilter.addCondition (TaskSearchingConstants.pPROCESS_INSTANCE_ID, Operator.EQUALS, Long.valueOf (processInstanceId));

    List results = tmqs.taskSearch (taskSearchFilter);

  • Irregular behavior of the task on all the folders and files list

    Hello:

    The list of tasks that appears as well as hyperlinks to content on each of the personal folders (My Documents, my pictures, and my music), corresponding to each of my accounts 3 user (an admin and two limited), appears the same when I opened to what that is (in 2 music management accounts) and management of images in third-party including their corresponding symbols or icons that are both listed in the list of tasks and in the window itself.

    Even in the help and support center, general information, articles and tutorials, when I search for 'Folder My Documents', among the results displayed are "Introduction to My Pictures Folder" and clicking on it opens the tutorial for "Introduction to personal folders?

    All files on my PC (including the local drive (preload (c)), are also affected, showing the only music management in all its parts.

    The file and folder tasks (rename, copy, move, delete, etc.) in the drop-down menu when you select a folder or a file, are ok and works correctly.

    So, how can I correct this irregular behavior? without having to reinstall Windows if you please...

  • For a given file, how to add and change file properties on the Details tab, for properties that are not in the properties list?

    Now, I am aware of the modification of the properties of the file is simple in Windows 7 Explorer. Select a file, 'Properties', then tab "Details".  Some are not editable, and that's understandable.  Click on next to any area classified as year, Genre, Publisher, etc. and the apply.  No problems so far.

    Then of course in Explorer, when you right click on a column header, you get several choices of column beyond the usual that is displayed by default; Date, the Type, size, etc.  But, there is an option "More...", which has up to now, MUCH more useful properties to choose from, such as the model project, Department, job statusand so on.

    It's fantastic!

    But when you look into the details of any given file, none of these additional properties even are listed to be edited.  Why offer to view these details, if you don't change them, or add them to different files?  I must be missing something.  I do not need to add my own custom details, this additional list has a choice, that I need; If only I could edit the files to get this info.

    How to add and change these properties to files?  Word, Excel, MP4, AVI, JPG; I would add these properties, so I can set directly in the Solution Explorer, as you would by name or Type.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    My experience is that most of these 'extra fields' no existence not as fields in the directory (folder) itself.  On the contrary, these fields exist in the target file itself. Each file type has its own format and established file except for the types of files that belong to Microsoft, Microsoft cannot control or arbitrarily change the format of a particular file type.

    For example, a ".jpg" file  The format of this file type allows a large number of areas such as comments, Tags, date taken, opening, device manufacturer and so on.  If you go into the properties on a .jpg file, you will see a lot of them and will be able to change.  After changing any of these fields, you will find that the file itself has been changed to contain this information (as can be verified by the parity of the file and to come check upward with a different checksum).  If you display one of these fields in Explorer and 10000 ".jpg" files in this folder, then Explorer must open each of these 10000 files to extract the data in the corresponding fields, you have chosen to display.  May take some time.

    Compare that to the same picture saved to a file ".bmp".  The ".bmp" format has no provisions for any of these fields, so you will not be able to view, save, edit, or sort by them.  If the editable fields are directly related to the type of file that is displayed.

    Microsoft has apparently interviewed a lot of file types and made a compilation of the editable fields in each type of file and the Union of the selected fields in which can be displayed and modified.   That's apparently what you see in the option «More...» ».   So, in summary, the file type determines which fields are available for editing and posting.

  • The Task Manager, update the list of tasks and processes, but removes them from the list, the next second.

    It was fine a few days ago, the list of tasks and processes will not be updated until I open/close something. Now, it refreshes the list every second. I tried to change the speed of update, but makes no difference. An answer by tomorrow would be the best.

    In my view, the bridge works correctly implemented. Kinds of collection seem to be kept in a directory UserSort that contains an index and sort sequence list files. In win 7, it's . Entries in the file index.xml include the name of the collection and point to the xml file UserSort containing manually sorted sequences.

    A workaround solution you could try: go to the UserSort/Index.xml file find your former name of collection (.filelist) and change it to your new collection name.

    Spending is still the task of the lowest and billing is the task of top of the page or the project level

    You can create work/job or event billing also funds at the top of the task page, when you suffer the lowest costs to the task, during invoice generation system tire are the costs which are eligible and the process and creates one invoice
