  The screen resolution supported from Acrobat/Reader 11.0 is 1024 x 768. However, we have provided a scroller on the right side of the dialog box so that you can access the OK button.

  Incase, the scrollbar on the right side is not visible, you can simply use the "Enter" button to print your documents.

  Adobe Reader is pined in your taskbar as a shortcut. It is not open.

  Just like in my taskbar

  You can do a right click on it & select "Unpin this program from the taskbar" to remove it from the taskbar.
