How to communicate daq in labview2009

I use daq to control the pump with labview 2009.But I don't know how to order it. Please help me!.

I would recommend accessing the page getting started with DAQmx and reviewing the information here. In LabVIEW, it is the DAQ Assistant on the e/s measure > DAQmx palette and there are many examples (help > find examples) of using the lower level DAQmx features.

If you provide a little more information on what you need to do, it would be useful. For example, you have not said what type of signal you have to control this pump.

  • How to communicate between instances of Labview application?

    Hello, I have a question on how to communicate data between two instances of labview application on different computers connected via a network.

    I'll explain what I'm doing:

    I have a data acquisition program that was divided into two independent parts. The backend is responisible for the acquisition of data from several DAQ hardware, and the interface simply displays the data collected. The two parties are coupled by events in labview. The backend sends a new event data (for any one listening) whenever he gets new data and the frontend listens to these events and updates of some graphics on the front panel each time it receives this event. Other than the two parties have no communication.

    Now it is necessary to split the frontend and backend on two different computers, connected via a network. The backend will be connected to DAQ devices as usual, but the frontend is running on another computer.

    So my questions are: will be the my current communication mechanism still work on multiple instances of labview application? And if not, what is the best way to connect the two in a minimum amount of new code, and without interrupting the current program, if I decided to their port of return on the same computer?

    (I thought that a kind of middle-man would be the best who is responsible for networking).

    Please, any advice will be useful!

    Paul.

    I think that the best way to do this is a TCP/IP link.  You can do it, as you suggested, with a pair of 'intermediate' screw at one end, catch you user events in a VI and send them over the network; on the other end, you receive data and turn it into an event, requiring minimal changes to the rest of your code.  The TCP/IP screws are pretty easy to use and there are good examples of LabVIEW.  NEITHER offers the Simple e-mail reference library.  You can also watch "robust TCP' Jack Hamilton of LabUseful.com (WARNING: I've never used or not even watched these screws and cannot check they are really helpful, I have seen discussion and links to them).

    As the title says: how to communicate between different applications on 1 Server?

    I'm new to FMS and I am trying to build a program that I need to have a communication between 2 or more applications on the same server.

    How to do this?

    There are several ways to do so.

    1. the favorite for me is make a NetConnection instance of an application to another and make calls between the two using .call NC on one side and client.call interface on the other side

    2. you can use the objects proxy shared to affect this change even

    3 build your own interface for that use the remote features

  • How to communicate with a module 9401 using 9151 expansion and PXI-7813r map

    Hello

    I just started with my map of series R 7813.  I could create a simple VI in which I could send and receive digital signals.  Now, I would like to do something similar using my 9151 expansion chassis and 9401 module C-series.  If possible, I would like to do this using windows (no RT for now).  Now I'm right click on "my computer" in the project tree and adding new devices to find the 7813.  From there, I have an idea how build a simple VI using the example of OR.  However, I don't know where to look for the expansion chassis or C Series module.  If someone could give me some advice or point to an example, would be great.  I've seen examples example Finder for the 9401, but they seem to use a system as opposed to the PXI configuration compactDAQ.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hello ACE_Lab,

    The steps that you must take to configure your installation in the project window LabVIEW is as follows:

    Step 1...

    Step 2... This step should be automatically filled in with the existing PXI-7813R if it is connected. If you want to configure the target without the smart card, you can simply add a new target as follows.

    Step 3... This is the point to which you will add the NOR-9151 expansion chassis:

    Step 4...

    Step 5...

    Step 6... If you have the module connected to the chassis, you should be able to see the module in the list:

    Step 7... If the module is not connected, you can simply select 'new target or device' in the menu at step 6 and add a new target as follows:

    An example from the Finder example called "Digital Line Input.vi" should be a good starting point. Here is a screenshot of roughly where you need to start:

    Kind regards.

  • 'main' arguments when starting program - how does communicate requests for file to Windows programs?

    Someone know what Windows up or sends to a program when it is first started? I don't know yet what to look under. In particular, if I double click on a document (say a data file that I generated with my LabWindows/CVI program) and I have my default program for this file under Windows, how is my program knows it when it starts? (I.e. a double-click on a Word document starts Word and opens this document.) In addition, what happens if my program is already running? No doubt, Windows sends a message to the programs telling them that the user has requested to open a file of the appropriate type.

    Windows passes the name of the file you clicked on the application as a command line parameter: the attached program lists simply all the command line arguments received in order to check how it works. I did a few tests by creating a '. '. XYZ"file and then associate this program with it. Then, I created a new operation 'Print', defined in this way:

    and received the correct settings, I simply double click on the file and when I click right on it and choose 'print '.

    (Note: argv [0] is always the name of the program itself: command line options, if any, starts at index 1).

    I can't say anything about your second question: I know that the CVI has a way to see if another instance of the application is running (see the CheckForDuplicateAppInstance command in the utility library), but I don't know how it is implemented.

    The Wlan-GigabitEthernet0/0 interface is a true switchport, thus, on the side of the router, all you need is the switchport and trunk switchport mode trunk vlan native 100 orders.  You don't need a subinterface it.

    On the side of the AP, you need to configure it as you would any other standalone AP.  Bridge-groups and subinterfaces, bridge-Group 1 for the sous-interface it is the vlan native

  • BlackBerry Smartphones MIssion Impossible: How to communicate with anyone on the Blackberry support

    Hi all!

    I have an important question for the BlackBerry support team (is not directly related to a product specific to BB, but related to the support of BB products in general), but it was impossible to contact anyone, somehow, in support of BlackBerry.

    Can someone help me on this mission?

    Thank you

    Ricardo

    RIM does not guarantee other support devices by wireless companies.  So, if you buy from someone and they don't give you a guarantee then you will get probably no guarantee through RIM.   That's the pitfall of equipment from unauthorized dealers.  I am a TMobile customer we.  However, I can't directly call the RIM and get warranty support.  If I want to RIM support I have to pay $50 for the case.  But, if I called TMobile and they can't solve my problem they can escalate my case to RIM without cost to me.

    This is how their system works.

  • How to communicate between ExtendScript and basic generator

    I run a separate node server as described in this tutorial to create a plugin with generator-core. http://tomkrcha.com/?p=3896

    I'm in a situation where I need to send a lot of JS to photoshop via generator.evaluateJSXString (). But it can easily become uncontrollable that you can send a string. So, for any complicated feature, it becomes difficult to maintain. Is it possible set a bunch of functions in a script to measure file and then call these functions from the application node?

    So I could send:

    generator.evaluateJSXString ('doSomeStuff ()');

    And in a script somewhere (I don't know where this script should go)

    I have the defined function that can do something

    function doSomeStuff() {}

    for (var i = 0; i < 10; i ++) {}

    doc.artLayers.add ();

    }

    }

    Where the Script to extend file would in this case? OR is there a better way to make this kind of thing.

    Just a mixed collection of thoughts:

    • Yes, you can package scripts in the form of .jsx files (also jsxbin if you prefer not to share the source) and run with generator.evaluateJSXFile (path), which will work even in ESTK. It has some limitations

      • It is just a file that runs, that is not this function 'call '. I managed this by dividing my Javascript libraries and plugins (= this a function). Can I use Gulp to concatenate libraries necessary for each plugin to create scripts of jsx 20 + that I call the two panels of node & Photoshop
      • There is no parameter passing, but it can be overcome by the presence of a script (that you run a string) parameter store (or fetch result) to Photoshop as a descriptor of persistent custom action
    • The plugin folder where your main.js is accessible by Node.js variable '__dirname '.
    • Depending on how you use paths, you should consider Windows "------" vs. Mac ' / '.
    • Another good way of communication between the panels of Photoshop and the node is a Web server in the configuration node and use Ajax/jQuery in Panel of Photoshop. You can do ~ 500ms update on election and get feedback from Panel pretty real time.

    How communication between jsp and jsf, jsff, jspx, managedbean?

    Maroof

    You must save the config.xml file adfc bean in the scope of the request this ways you can call the method any page bean.

    Also have you tried using the pages in a taskflow with jspx and saving the bean in the taskflow which is a better approach?
