  • How to copy the images referenced in your framemaker file

    Please help me with the following:

    I use 10 FM.

    I have chapters in my book. And I inserted reference images. Now the problem here is that if the folder is deleted, the images disappear.

    I need your help to understand how to copy all images referenced in chapter.

    Thanks in advance.

    If you want to really do that, then here's a way:

    1. use the pod inserts for a list of graphics imported by reference.

    2. double-click on a graphic imported to have FM navigates to the page that contains the image. It is not the issue under discussion.

    3. click on the chart to select it.

    "" 4 use keyboard shortcut ' ' f I f ' to trigger the import of files.

    5 FM will show you the selection window of file with the imported graphic file named...

    6. change the radio button to import by reference to the import by copy.

    7. click on the button replace.

    Rinse, lather repeat until cooked.

    However, as mentioned in Jeff, I'd do it not recommend this path either (it can bite). On the contrary, it would be more prudent to focus on the Organization of libraries charts/folders so that record relations are maintained if things move. There are other drawbacks to having copied in the content files. Very rich graphic files, will become slow when editing and if you have problems with space in the box system TEMP or you move the content via a network connection, be prepared for some of the graphics were spontaneously disappear, that is the gray-box syndrome. I hope that you'll be held track which was used graph where, as once it is copied in FM, there is more information available as to where the graphics came and they called him.

  • Playback on YouTube and other video players controls are tiny

    I am running Windows 8.1 on a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 (high resolution). I think that it's originally the play/pause, volume, full screen, buttons etc. in YouTube and other video streaming of players to be really too small.

    In addition, Flash games only filling in the upper left corner of the area that they should. Sometimes, this can be corrected by right-clicking and clicking on zoom, but this option is not always there, and YouTube does not have this option, either.

    I read something on the Internet about disabling HiDPI in the comments: page config to fix this, but this option seems to have been deleted.

    Any ideas how to solve this problem? Thank you.

    Yes, you can file a report on Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/

    The form is simple enough and you probably a few cc follow-up questions would happen to you by e-mail. I will quote the variations that you have tried, such as hardware acceleration on or off, same result. Zoom effect of the page, the effect of changing the device/pixels.

  • Problem with youtube and other video sites

    I have a problem with youtube and other video sites:

    Everything is up-to-date (flash, FF, my plug ins.) but I get crashes when loading the video. I can hear the sound but I see only the first frame of the video.

    I've reinstalled flash/firefox or tried updating them again for about 4 times now and my cookies/cache has also been errased which i usually don't do. If i enter FF's safe mode it also freezes.

    I hope someone can help, I looked for answers on google before and I tried everything I saw, but it did not help.

    GRTS,
    agrash

    I had the same problem, I uninstalled the plugin Flash player (Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1 152) and the problem is solved. I installed the plug-in again and the problem came back. So right now I have no flas Player liked-in, but I don't have too much problem. I hope that I will not find another problem, but it seems that everything is OK.

    I want to copy a model of one of my sites to another... How can I do this?

    You can just do a select all and copy and paste the content into your new site. Or if it's one you want to use more than once, then do a select all and add it to your library. Then whenever you need you can add it to your library.

  • How to copy an image in LR to the Clipboard?

    I can't find the option to copy an image of the LR library on the Clipboard - I'm sure I'm right on it - can anyone help?

    Thank you!!

    The only way to use a picture outside of LR is to export.

    The changes that you make to your image in a database file and are applied only to the export.

    LR does not change your original image.

    Therefore, it is not possible to a simple copy/paste into another program.

  • Senior moment: How to transfer the image of one catalog to another?

    PC XP SP3 LR 2.3

    Aaaagh!  I hate it when the flans out brain!  I know it's a matter of duhhhh

    but many of you know I'm a jerk...

    I have two catalogues, one for digital images and one for the scans of slides.

    I put a few scans in the digital catalogue by mistake.  What

    is the way easiest and cleanest to transfer the original and processed blades

    to the correct catalog?

    Catalog export looks well, right, can I have done

    He in the past like that...

    (Do not re-scan the slide.)  I don't have access to it at the moment).

    In fact, as by using the Export/Import feature, I recommend if there are a lot of pictures, you don't have to use first export catalogue. Just run the catalog import and choose exactly what you want to import the other.

    Export to the catalog is useful and necessary for other things, but not when moving from one catalog to another on the same hard drive.

  • Since the upgrade to Windows 8 Youtube and other videos flash will not play smoothly

    Since I've upgraded to Windows 8 Youtube and other flash videos will not play smoothly.  When I press play, the video freezes on an image and the sound is fine but the image is locked for several seconds.  So if it starts to play, he is so rough its not watchable.  If I pause the video and let it buffer for a bit and press play again it works usually smooth for 3-4 seconds in the rough again goes.

    This is the case with IE, Firefox and Chrome.  My computer is a HP DV7 3060 64-bit with 4 GB of Ram.

  • How to copy an image to a file?

    I'm under .NET Framework 3.5 2008 coding in c#.

    I have a collection of parcels posted using the ScatterGraph class. I include these parcels in a a document word; This is a great collection (several hundred).

    Therefore, I plan to save the plots in the form of images and then include the images in the report.

    First fundamental question: how to save a trace to a file

    Secondly: is it possible to copy all the plots together into a word document?

    Thank you very much in advance for your valuable assistance.

    GL

    Hi actarus,.

    Here's what I did to create a word document with text and images of scattergraph.

    1. right click on your project in the Solution Explorer and choose Add reference...

    2. on the COM tab, select Microsoft Word 12.0 object library

    3. click on OK

    The form that I created had a scatterGraph and a button. Here is the code that was added in the page high c# source file:

    using Word = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word;
    using System.Reflection;

    This code has been added to the recall of the button:

    private void button1_Click (object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
    Save the image
               scatterGraph1. ToFile ("GraphImage.png", ImageType.Png);

    /*
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/316384
    */

    create the document
    Object oMissing = System.Reflection.Missing.Value;
    Object oEndOfDoc = "\\endofdoc"; / * \endofdoc is a predefined bookmark * /.

    Start Word and create a new document.
    Word._Application oWord;
    Word._Document oDoc;
    oWord = new Word.Application ();
    oWord.Visible = true;
    oDoc = oWord.Documents.Add (Ref oMissing, Ref oMissing,
    REF oMissing, ref oMissing);

    Add a paragraph at the beginning of the document.
    Word.Paragraph oPara1;
    oPara1 = oDoc.Content.Paragraphs.Add (Ref oMissing);
    oPara1.Range.Text = "Heading 1";
    oPara1.Range.Font.Bold = 1;
    oPara1.Format.SpaceAfter = 24;    pt 24 after paragraph spacing.
    oPara1.Range.InsertParagraphAfter ();

    Insert a picture
    String fileName = "C:\\_support\\_reports\\project\\project\\bin\\Debug\\GraphImage.png";
    Object oMissed = oPara1.Range;
    Object oLinkToFile = false;  by default
    Object oSaveWithDocument = true; default
    oDoc.InlineShapes.AddPicture (fileName, Ref oLinkToFile, Ref oSaveWithDocument, ref oMissed);
    oDoc.InlineShapes.AddPicture (fileName, Ref oLinkToFile, Ref oSaveWithDocument, ref oMissed); image added again for the pleasure
    }

  • How to copy a library from one user to another account in Windows 7

    In order to solve a problem in the installation of a new printer, the only solution that support Microsoft could find was to create another user account. They were certainly intended to copy all libraries to this account - My Documents is certainly there--but my images is not. Would appreciate advice on how to correct this problem. My intention is to delete the original user account that I am satisfied I will not lose anything.

    AAMT

    Log on to an account with "Administrator" privileges  You will be able to access the files from the old account and create your new account.

    It is not clear if you say that your new account doesn't have a 'My pictures' folder or if the folder my pictures in your new account is empty.

    If your new account doesn't have a folder my pictures, then proceed as follows:

    1. Click the start ORB, click computer.
    2. Go to C:\Users\
    3. You should see something like the following (you will probably see all these folders):
    4. Click on my images to select
    5. Click on the Edit menu, then click on "Copy to folder".
    6. In the window "Copy items" that appears, go to C:\Users\ and select this are you the folder with your username shows in the 'File' window
    7. Click on the button 'copy '.
    8. Once the copy operation, confirm that your new account now has a folder my pictures, and that all your photos are in.  Then go back and erase the contents of the folder my pictures in your old account.

    If your new account contains the folder my pictures, but this folder is empty:

    1. Click on the start ORB, then click on computer
    2. Navigate to\My Pictures C:\Users\
    3. Click anywhere in the right pane of Windows Explorer (where are the photo files/folders), and then click Edit > select all (or press CTRL + A) and edit > copy (or press CTRL + C)
    4. Navigate to\My Pictures C:\Users\
    5. Click anywhere in the right pane of Windows Explorer (the empty window), then click Edit > paste (or press CTRL + V)
    6. Once you confirm that all your images are in the folder my pictures of your new account, go back and erase the contents of the folder my pictures in your old account.
  • How to keep the image in one place

    original title: Windows Live Photo Gallery

    Does anyone know how I can keep my pictures/Photos all in one place.  At present, all the photos appear in the following three places - 'Images', my 'Windows Live Phioto Gallery"and in my"Arcsoft MedialImpression 2 "account.   When I download on the Windows Live Photo Gallery, they also appear in the other two places.  Also if I delete a photo of one of these areas, they are also removed from the other two places as well!  I think that they have to take a lot of space on my computer.  Maybe there is a Photo Studio package I can download in which case they all kep to this place?

    Any help/advice anyone can give me would be much appreciated.  Thank you

    I think you will find that they are stored in one place,

    Photos (Username C:\Users\*your * \Pictures) and referenced by the other two using a form of shortcut.

    Right-click on any photo in Windows Live Photo Gallery, and then select Properties.

    Look under the general tab allows you to see where it is actually stored.
