IM always able to see the content. IM only able to see the boxes where would be the content and the URL. Click on them works but no content showing the page is slow to use.

  Hello, sorry for the hurt i read your first post - I thought that even some pages appear. thumbnails also will not work at the moment when the disk cache is enabled (from your system information it seems that it isn't) - Please allow firefox to use at least a small amount of memory cache on the hard disk in preferences > advanced > network and restart the browser, then the thumbnails must regenerate when you visit pages later.

  Don't know that if that answers your question, but with the latest update of Firefox, the number of tiles is now determined on the size of the screen - if zoom you or enlarge the window you have several tiles appear.

  Hi Csbhkvp1, the only way I know about pin of the slab which is not already on the page (sometimes if you zoom using Ctrl-to see all 15 tiles you could spot it) must first of all to bookmark the site you want to pin as a tile, then add the bookmark to the page.   If you can see all your tiles, you can change your settings in settings page:

  1. In the address bar, type Subject: config and press enter. The subject: config "this might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click on I'll be careful, I promise! to keep the comments: config page.
  3. Search for browser.newtabpage.columns and change it to 3, or however many columns you like
