How to create keyboard shortcuts in thunderbird 24.5.0

Help
I'm new to this [keyboard shortcuts], but understand that "keyconfig" is not compatible in the latest version of Thunderbird 24.5.0. I tried to install it, but it is rejected because of the incompatibility.

How can I create new shortcut keys, say "empty the Junk folder" or "empty deleted items folder?

Thank you

Good.

There are several articles on mozillazine giving the names of the internal functions that you can call scripts keyconfig. Good hunting.

    b. click the shortcut

    c. in the type of space empty in devmgmt.msc

    d. click Next and follow the instructions in the wizard.

If you have a program in the start menu. All programs, (some other places as well), just: right-click | Send to | Desktop (create shortcut).

For a Web site, save in my favorites first. Then, just left-click on it and drag it to the desktop or the taskbar.

  • How to create a shortcut for all users during installation

    Hi people,

We have a desktop application that is distributed with Java Webstart and works on Win7 machines. Initially, users all connected using a connection by default, so creating shortcuts was not a problem. Now, because of new networking strategies, each user has his own connection.

The problem is that the shortcut to the application is created in the user profile (for example "C:\Users\JohnDoe\", so that other users in the same machine can not run the application unless he or she installs the application again.)

Is there a way to create this shortcut for all users using JNLP API or configuration in the xml file?

If anyone has need of the solution: during installation I save the jnlp file in a directory accessible to all the world and then start the application using "javaws path\to\file.jnlp". Why the disgust before anyone replied?

RH7 allows some keyboard shortcuts to create (not sure of RH6). Unfortunately, they cannot be assigned styles.

I use Macro Express for many things, including styles and many things beyond HR. I've just set up a new PC, and it was one of the first programs to go about this.

  • How to create a shortcut to the menu?

    Hello

Is it possible that we can create a keyboard shortcut for our menu?

I did the plugin automation. And I want my plug-in can run using a key.

If we do so then how?...

    Thank you

Yes, you can configure your plugin to have a shortcut key. Edit > keyboard short

cuts. Go to your plugin menu item and give it a key and then hit accept and ok.

You can't do this programmatically. Which means that your plug-in may not assign this key via a pipl property or assign this key when running.

  • Are there ways to create keyboard shortcuts in Windows Explorer?

    Hello

    My OS features:

    Windows XP

    Professional

    Version 2002

    Service Pack 3

So I do not know when Microsoft has implemented it (maybe?), but I was looking for a way to create a combination of shortcut keys which would act as the 'Alt + arrow up' in the newer versions of Windows...

If your are unsure what I mean (explanation below):

In more recent versions of Windows, for example, when you use Windows Explorer or when you're on IE and that you want to save a file using the "Save AS" function to 'Browse' to a place, you can use the combination of 'Alt + arrow up' key to go back one level in the current window/folder.

I know, in Windows XP Explorer, there is a button on the "Standard toolbar" makes this exact function, but it's so much more convenient to use the keyboard shortcut to do this.

Does anyone know if a way that I could implement this in Windows XP?

    Thanks in advance,

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Here are the keyboard shortcuts which works for Windows XP. You cannot customize the shortcut, as is the design of the operating system.
