  • Determine which version of ESX4i is running

I recently downloaded ESXi from the VMware Web site, however, after I built it out as a virtual machine in VMware Workstation I noticed that there is an iso available on the VMware Web site for each version of ESX for the essential to companies more.  I downloaded ESX from a Web page of VMware, who had all these options and I did not know that different ISOs exist.   When what happened?  It was there was only 1 download ESX and it has been licensing allowing features to activate.  So when my colleague asked me what version of ESX4i I ran, if it has been advanced or Enterprise plus, I can't even answer him intelligently.  The homepage of ESX4i shows that I have ESX 4.0.0 installed with build # 208167, but when I looked at the details of each of the ISOs of VMware for all versions licensed they say all the same build #, WTF?  Can someone help me sort out what it is.  Thank you!

    Hello.

These ISOs are all the same.  Look at the MD5 values for each version of ESXi listed.  They are all the same.  The best way to do this is to log the Licensing Portal and see which version you have purchased the figure. You can also watch your features under license and understand it, but it will be a lot more work.

    Good luck!

  • How to find which version of Windows Live Mail I have?

The death of my last computer, my beloved Outlook Express died with him.  I was shocked to know that I had to have Windows Live Mail and he did not support by e-mail.  I'm still scratching my head trying to understand why they would take it away from us when WLM is supposed to be better than OE but can't get a response from Microsoft on this one here.  Best buy got Thunderbird a stationery, but I couldn't use it with Windows 7.  So for two years, I didn't have a paper mill.  I recently discovered that I have Thunderbird on Windows 7, I installed it and have all the stationery that I could wish.  However, for ease of use and the folder options I prefer WLM.  Now, someone just told me that WLM 9 supports HTML for stationery.  By that, I mean like in Thunderbird, I can pull up a 'file', (an image or picture) to My Documents or my pictures in a new e-mail message and use it as stationery and can I download WLM 9 and remove WLM 11.

Firstly, I bought my computer in 2012 so I guess I have WLM 11, but I can't find out how to know which version I.  Does anyone know how to find out who?

In addition, WLM 11 doesn't have a lot of stuff that's not WLM 9?  I would make a big mistake by changing from 11 to 9?  How can ensure me that all my information is changed in the course of 9?

Any advice would be appreciated.  I really, really enjoy my stationery in Thunderbird, but it save me a step if I could do it in WLM instead to run two programs of stationery.

    Thank you.

Certainly, you do not have Windows Live Mail. It is quite
    as an option.

and he has not supported by email.

    He certainly fact e-mail support.

You have the choice of many e-mail programs, some by Microsoft and some
by others, some free and others for sale. As far as I am
concerned, Windows Live Mail is not a very good choice and there is
many of the better ones. I recommend that you try several and choose the
    the one that you prefer.

If you go to metalink and check the patch bundle, there is a build number associated with them, usually also contained in the xellerate/config/Version.props file. system in the Control Panel, he said the pack he uses. I did it in the dell desktop, but it doesn't have the information
    in the information window.

    Hello MonteQO,

Please see the information from Microsoft on how to determine the operating system that you have installed.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/help/which-version-of-the-Windows-operating-system-am-i-running

If the system page does not list a Service pack version number, you don't have a service pack installed on this computer.

I hope this helps answer your question.

  • How to know which version of DirectX is installed in Windows 7

HOW CAN I FINDOUT WHICH IS the TYPE OF VERSION of DirectX

    INSTALLED ON MY PC

Took me some time to find the answer on the microsoft site, but here it is.

To use the DirectX Diagnostic tool to determine the version of DirectX installed on your computer, follow these steps:

    1. Click Startand then click run.
    2. Type dxdiag, and then click OK.
    3. On the System tab, note the version of DirectX displayed on the DirectX Version line.
    4. On the DirectX files tab, check the version information for each DirectX file.
    5. When you are finished checking file versions, click exit.

If Windows cannot find the dxdiag, version 5.0 program or an earlier version of DirectX is installed on your computer. If this is the case, download and install the latest version of DirectX.

How can I determine which program opens a file or another program?

I constantly get the message that xxxxx will not open this file. / Select a program to open this file/etc.

    Hi marco47,

You want to get this prompt either if there is no program installed on the computer that opens the file type or you have not associated any program to open this type of file.

See the link below to find out how to associate any type of file or Protocol with a program to open the file.

Change the programs that Windows uses by default

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/change-which-programs-Windows-uses-by-default

See the Microsoft article below and run the fixit tool to reset the associations of files on the computer.

When you run an .exe on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 computer file, the file may start another program

Almost certainly an indication that a disc is a failure and should be
    replaced as soon as POSSIBLE.

    1. open the case and disconnect the power cables of all readers but
C:, then run the computer for awhile. If we click, it is C: this is
    dying.

    2. then plug the power cable into a different drive and run it
computer for a while. If you click on, it's that you reconnected
    who is dying.

3, number 2 twice more if necessary to repeat.

Can someone explain why PhoneGap Build is not using the settings I set in the config.xml file?  And how to fix this?

The tag is not a valid tag in the config.xml file. This is probably why you see the same tag in two, as the build service is ignorant.

As to how solve you this problem. Currently, you can not, but the next version of android-cordova will include the ability to add a tag which you will be able to use like this:
