How to disable caps lock / disable the notification of the computer laptop sony vaio

I want to disable caps lock / enable pop-ups in the computer laptop sony vaio.

Whenever I press Caps while using an application full screen like any game, it brings me back to break my game or as the desktop application.

I tried to do this using easy access in the Control Panel, but it did not work.

Please tell me how to do it. I pasted a picture here so that you can get a better idea

Don't forget: I don't usually turn off the key lock, I want to disable the notification that is displayed by pressing the capitals enabled.

THIS PROBLEM IS WHEN CONNECT BLUETOOTH TO YOUR COMPUTER KEYBOARD, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR KEYBOARD, BUT IT IS FEATURES RATHER USELESS INCORPORATED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE COMPUTER.

WELL, after days of looking for a specific response from VAIO, finally I came with a solution for VAIO users whose computer is equipped with a receiver to blue tooth ATHEROS.

1 - type "regedit" in Start-Run menu to open your registry database.
2 - navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ATHEROS\VistaAddOn\KBNotify
3. - the value of '0 '.
Close regedit, restart your computer and you're done.
Be careful not to change anything else in your registry, unless you know what you're doing.
FIND THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION TOOK ME SEVERAL HOURS, SHAME ON MICROSOFT AND SONY, IT IS THE MOST STUPIDEST USELESS FILM THAT I HAVE EVER MET.
If your bluetooth receiver isn't ATHEROS, simply look for the brand name of your receiver instead of 'ATHEROS' and look for a similar register, it may look like 'BTTray', 'BTNotify' or similar.

    I have a Sony VAIO VPCS11X9E and my screen brightness is at the lowest setting for some reason any. In addition, my FN keys for brightness setting do not work. All the means to change the brightness do not work, this does not include the brightness bar when you go into the settings.

    I tried both installation driver, checked for any drivers missing or out-of-date drivers, but the only one who seems to be obsolete is my Intel HD graphics that I'VE updated, but the Intel driver update checker says otherwise.
    I deactivated AND activated (just in case) the Adaptive brightness, but it doesn't work.
    I got Windows 7 Ultimate running before but decided to upgrade to Windows 8. Windows 7 has never had any problems with the brightness. Also when I load upward, even thought I have replaced Windows 7 with Windows 8, it still load the dual boot screen, asking me what OS I want to start with. Starting with Windows 7 goes down several times, then it will take me to repair VAIO system. Windows 8 of course takes me to Windows 8.
    When the laptop starts up, the large letters or "VAIO" is bright and normal and sometimes, but not always, when it comes to dual boot screen, the brightness is normal. However, when this happens, as soon as I move the mouse or click on a button, the brightness goes immediately back down to very dim.
    When loading upward in another system or startup program, the brightness is fine. For example when I go to Sony VAIO Recovery Center, the brightness is ok. Also, if I boot in something like miniXP or a separate operating system on a bootable floppy or USB, the brightness is fine as well.
    I tried many patches of driver, but NONE of them work! I tried to boot in safe mode and try to install some drivers manually because that apparently works, but it makes no difference at all.
    If you could help me, even if this does not work, I would be very happy!
