• PDM-file: how to set the description of the channel?

  I use the "DAQmx Configure Logging.vi" to capture the raw data from the measurements of May. Which works very well.

  

  At the end, after the acquisition of fiishing, I want to save the PDM. To do this, I want to add some properties to the PDM file. Using "TDMS Set Properties.vi" works, but ot for all properties. I'm able to add the name, description, title, author and date/time (yellow cells in the screenshot). How ca I add the description of the channel (see green cells in the screenshot).

  If you want to write a property for the channel, you must provide a group and a channel for the service to know which channel the property goes with.  If a group is provided but no channels, it assumes that the properties for the group.  If neither are provided, it assumes that the file.

  All you can do is select Save in the color settings dialog box and provide a name for the settings file. A dialog box opens that allows you to enter a custom description.

  Then download products catalogues through spreadsheet Excel my client did not have a description for the meta name = "description" field in the head of each page.  I understand that we can go into each product and descriptions put in a custom field and then place {tag_custom1} like this: meta name = "description" content = "{tag_custom1}" / in the big presentation of product.

  I'm looking for a faster fix then enter hundreds of products individually.

  It would be unwise to go in the great layout product and add {tag_description} in the field 'description' of properties?  If this works it remove the {tag_description} in my layout to visible product for the customer and place rather than in the main area of the page?

  If she actually overlap with the description, it is UNWISE to have a description twice in the head as the description in the body?

  If it is an OK solution, you can tell me how to add the tag in the description field of the properties?  Will be returned if html I just type {tag_description}?

  I really doubt that would work on Nancy.

  If you have HTML elements at all it goes or will probably mess up things like the HTML code must be between thelabels to display. You would end up with a lot of HTML code in your description. If it worked, you would end up with duplicate content, which is not good for SEO and you may as well omit it if you were going to do.

  Another option would be to add a more general description to your model manually that would cover all or most of your products.

  There are two events that can be used to check the length of the text,

  The first is the action event for the text field, which is called when the field loses focus, it is a member of the purpose of dialogue with the same name as the item_id.  This event could also be used to update another field in the dialog box that indicates the number of characters, you may even have a small picture of alert which becomes visible to make it obvious that there is a problem.

  The other event, as already mentioned, is the validate event.  This allows to block the exit from the dialog box and display a popup to alert to the user.

  as requested by a customer, we need to know if it is possible to increase the length of line comment fields.

  In fact, the size is:

  for allergens/intolerances/additives comment field-> DB limit = 256 characters; Web = 125 character limit

  for field nutrient comment-> to the defined benefit limit = 512 characters; Web = 250 characters limit

  We need to increase both limits up to 1000 characters.

  Hi Michele,

  You can increase the size of the field or the size of the text for the field of comment allergens/intolerances/additives by following steps:

  1, go to \Web\gsm\BaseForms\UserControls\ctlComplianceContainedGrid.ascx, open the file

  2, go to line 102:

  3, edit theCellRepresentation.getTextareaCellEditor or the width of the field, save the file, refresh your page open or create a new page, then this field will change to the newly configured size

  Notes: the maxinum supported text is 4000 characters

  Unfortunately, the comment nutrient field do not support 256 characters. I suggest that submit you an improvement if it necessary business.
