  It should work.  If you encounter a problem to look at the forums for a solution.  You use the key you already have initial installation.

  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so you can keep the old machine as a backup if you wish.  If this isn't the case, remember to turn it off before you uninstall.

  You can download the installation at a local library files and copy them to your computer using a USB key.  This could be the best option if your computer is not transferable.

  You can try to start a direct download using the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.  I do not recommend this before because of the error you received and the little CAP which you have available for usage data.

  I made sure that I have enough disk space. I start with the download speed of about 20 M. tried wireless and physical connections and get the same result every time. I have run out of options. Oh - I also varied the time I start downloads of morning, noon and night. I tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. My laptop (that I got more than 8 months) work in Windows 7, and so far, I had not met a problem downloading.

  Hello, last year I bought Adobe CS6 Design & Web premium for students, and what I ordered, it is for Mac. I installed it in my iMac and Macbook, but then I separated from my iMac because I planned to install it in another machine (a windows desktop computer which is also mine). But then I typed the serial number to the design & web premium Adobe in windows and it said "the serial number you entered is invalid."

  No idea how to transfer the CS6 for this machine?

  A CS license is only good for a kind of platform...  PC against Mac.As far as I know you need to buy another license in order to be able to use the software on two different platforms.

  Your license allows you to have the software enabled on both machines at any time.  If you need to have on another you would need to disable one of the two machines before you activate the new installation.

  Select the category of assistance you need and once completed, you will see the blue band that still says "need help, contact us.

  A click on that and you should see options to chat/phone.

• I own CS6 Design & Web Premium; now ask to connect to trial. Cannot use apps.

  In my view, there are a lot of thread on this issue, but they are all very old so I wanted to ask once again for the update of the comments.  I want to move my iMac to El Capitan, but I'm just checking if my suite CS6 will work with him - I can't be without Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver... the rest of the suite that I use, but it is not as important and upgrade of Adboe CC is not an option for me.

  Does anyone know if the CS6 Design & Web Premium Suite 'fully' work with El Capitan.  Any help is appreciated and welcome!  Thanks in advance.

  If you are not ready to move to the creative Cloud then do not move to El Capitan or Sierra.
