  There is No direct way to download the photos stored in the library of Photo of Acrobat Reader for iOS to Adobe Document cloud.

  But here is a workaround on iPhone/iPad (so that you don't need to upload photos from your desktop).

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID
  4. Tap cloud of Document in the left pane.
     
  5. Tap on the icon to download (represented in blue) in the upper right.
     
  6. Click on photo library.
     
  7. Select or photos in the photo library.
  8. Tap done.

However, the pc does not recognize the iphone as an external device (i.e. the camera).  Therefore, I don't see the iphone under the computer as a device options.   You can try this method.

  If you click Start and in the AutoPlay to start search type and then should see AutoPlay fill under programs select auto play.

  Once in Auto play scroll devices and see if you see your Iphone within devices click the menu drop down and set to import pictures using windows then click ok and then you plug the Iphone and see if it allows you to import.

  Also if you want to ask you what measures you take whenever you plug your Iphone just select "ask me every time" based on the Auto play.

  The Iphone will not transfer pictures to your computer if the device is locked and you are using an access code. If you want to transfer photos, simply unlock (Slide to unlock and enter the access code), your device to transfer photos.

  Note: Connect Iphone to your computer in unlocked mode.

  You can download certainly to disc using Image capture, then use Adobe Bridge - on the direct I doubt you can, but you need to talk to Adobe supprot to see what options they offer access

  iCloud is a synchronization system, not just external storage.  Once you turn on photo library all you do with a photo is on ALL of your devices (including remove them).  See the last section in this article on how to recover pictures that you inadvertently deleted:

  The mass storage mode only works with a media card on the curve. I think that the "BOLD" is the only phone that can have the internal reader works in mass storage mode.

  I'm not entirely sure or understand what you're asking.  If you import pictures from your device, it is stored in iCloud photo library.

  If you're wondering if it is possible to store photos only in iCloud, and not the on your device, the answer would be no, because iCloud is not traditional storage cloud based, i.e. it is a sync/mirroring system, allowing you to synchronize all your photos on all of your devices and make them available instantly , or almost immediately in some cases.

  If you have iCloud library enabled in the iPhone then any photo that you delete from your phone is also removed to iCloud and all devices connected to this library to iCloud. It is not a setting or an option where you can change this while continuing to use iCloud photo library. You can reduce the space required on the phone by activating the settings > iCloud > Photos > optimize iPhone storage.   What version of Mac OS X you have installed? The last El Capitan Mac OS X 10.11.2 update is supposed to fix a bug that prevented the photos from the iPhone appears in Photos. If you are still running Mac OS X 10.11.1, consider upgrade to Mac OS X 10.11.2.

  If this isn't the problem - have you confirmed on the iPhone that it can trust the Mac?  If this is not the case, start iTunes after connecting the iPhone to USB. Unlock iPhone and when prompted confirm again that the Mac can be trusted.
