How to eliminate the crashes of Firefox because of Adobe Flash?

I spent the best part of Saturday last through suggestions of regulatory support, due to accidents in Firefox. Accidents are caused by Adobe Flash. I ran Firefox in Mode safe, I refreshed it and other aid. I have endured this problem for several months.
Since Saturday, I uninstalled Adobe Flash and now Firefox not crushed, nor hang.
A solution would be useful for my Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) system. Thank you.
