  Hello.  I've never had a problem downloading pictures off my phone to before iPhoto.  I have a Samsung Note 4.  I use to just plug in the USB to my phone and computer and iPhoto would open.  I just transferred photos like a week and a half.  I have no idea of what has changed, but now I get a message that says I need to download Android File Transfer or Samsung Smart Switch, because this device does not allow, or something.  Help, please!  I got get these pictures on my computer.

  Just a guess but maybe some type of popup stopper prevents
  pictures of the loading. If you hold down your CTRL key when you click on the
  Vignette it should substitute a pop up Cap if it is the problem.
