  A .iso file is an image of a dvd.  It is not a program or data file.  You need to burn this image on a dvd with your burning program.  Copy disc, burn to disc.  We'll then work the disc in your optical drive.

  If your system has two separate physical processors (not hearts) and you are running Windows 7 Home Premium, the second processor is completely ignored.
