The computer browser service depends on the Server service which failed to start because of the following error:

Open the Device Manager.
On the view menu, click to select the check box Show hidden devices .
Double-click drivers Non Plug-and-Play.
Double-click NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
In the use of the device box, click use this device (enabled).

I think that the plugin was developed originally in Visual Studio 2010, and then covers the Visual Studio 2012 on the same machine.

The solution/project now compiles in Visual Studio on the original machine 2012. The toolset of the General project properties platform has the Windows7.1SDK value on the original machine.

I have a brand new laptop. I just installed Visual Studio 2013. I pulled the solution of our depot and opened in Visual Studio 2013. I answered Yes when asked if I wanted the 2012-2013 port project. The project Properties General platform toolset prepares to Visual Studio 2013 (v120).

When I build the project, I get error C1189 several: #errors.
