How to fix the 'No Internet Connection' error

I installed the new version of the creative cloud today but am now cannot install new software CC that I get a message "No Internet Connection":

I had a similar problem with a CS6, not being is not able to connect to the creative cloud, but was able to download and update software CS6. My workstation is located on a corporate network that is connected to the internet through a proxy. Adobe.com has been added as a trusted site and have no problem connecting to the site.

Anyone know how I can get this working behind a corporate firewall?
