  2. which edition of Windows 7 you are using?

  3. will the ReelTime-specific question?

  Method 1:

  Note: Aero is not included in Windows 7 Home Basic or Windows 7 Starter. You can find which edition of Windows 7 you have on your computer by opening system in Control Panel.

  System opened by clicking on the button start , right click on computer and then click Properties.

  The edition of Windows 7 you're running is displayed under Windows edition near the top of the window.

  There is a bug in the initialization of the async plugin in firefox since version 40

  Yes, you should proceed with an own 8\10 install Windows directly too because according to the password of MS policy, they don't help you to recover the password.

  Please download the most recent ISO Windows 10 with the November update to make your existing windows key 8 to work. I can give you links if you wish.
