  Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

  You cannot remove iTunes Store from the phone, it's a native iOS. You should not be asked to connect to the store unless you try to make a purchase. You can go to settings > general > Restrictions and restrictions put in place for the iTunes Store. That could very well stop the prompt. At least, you can try that. When you set up Restrictions, make sure that you write the access code, because there is no way to recover/reset this password without wiping your iPhone completely.

  She needs to log out of your Apple ID in the store and just connect with hers. Go to settings, iTunes and App Store and tap on the Apple ID, then select Disconnect.

  I understand when you open the iTunes Store app, you see a blank page. I recommend you try the first 3 steps in the following article:

  Upgrade to Windows 10 end of last year and have the latest version. Have been trying to open ITunes, but it is trying to open the ITunes store and is unresponsive. Tried to uninstall completely follows the Apple recommended sequence and reinstalled with the latest ITunes software download. A few times, but all the ITunes is getting hung up on trying to open the store.

  This is an old post, but maybe this will help:

  Close your iTunes

  Go to the command line-

  In the "Command Prompt" screen, type

  netsh winsock reset

  Press the ENTER"" key.

  Restart your computer.

  If you receive a prompt after windows restarts to remap the LSP, just click No.

  Now launch your iTunes and see if it works now.

  First of all, check that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps of the resource If you can not connect to the iTunes Store .

  If the problem persists, here are a few more things to try:

  • Update to the latest version of iTunes.   12.3.2 iTunes is compatible with OS X 10.8.5.
  • If you have automatic updates enabled in iTunes, temporarily disable and check if you have incomplete downloads.

  Get help using automatic downloads for purchased Apps, music and books

  Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

  • Check the payment details for the Apple ID used for purchases on the iTunes Store.  To do this, you may need to re - enter your credit card expiration date and CVV code.  Make sure that the billing address matches what is on your bank statement.  Then click OK to save the changes.

  Manage your Apple ID account information

  Your identifier Apple is the account that you use to access all services Apple, App Store, Apple music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and much more. You can keep all of your information from Apple ID account to date of the Apple ID account page, such as your username, security information, name, birthday, devices and more.

  Update your payment information

  You can change your payment information in your Apple ID on your device or via iTunes. This payment information is the same as what you use to buy apps, music and storage iCloud.

  To change your payment information to an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, follow these steps:

  1. Go to settings > iCloud.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID. If requested, enter your Apple ID.
  3. Tap on the payment.
  4. Update your payment information and press Next.

  To change your payment information to your Mac or PC, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
  2. Down payment, click Add a card, or click on modify.
  3. Update your payment information and click Save.

  You can also change your information for payment in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Get help if you want to change your payment to zero information and do not see the option or cannot select.

  If you choose a new workflow, you must:

  redirect subscribers to your new workflow

  notify the iTunes Store, you have a new stream.

  The two steps above are complemented by a redirect:

  Set up a 301 redirect on your server for your old power supply.

  Add the itunes: new-feed-url tag to your old feed. Example: http://example.com/new-rss-feed.xml

  It seems that this has happened:

  First RSS feed-> Submitted to iTunes > user subscribed--> user gets new episodes

  Second RSS feed-->? iTunes has been notified? --> iTunes doesn't new episodes.

  Second RSS feed--> users get new episodes

  I recommend the deletion of your podcasts in the box my Podcasts in iTunes Desktop (to avoid confusion).

  Then, search the iTunes Store for the podcast put you to the test and you subscribe.

  In my Podcasts, click on the podcast > copy the link.
