• my pc crashed and I had to get back to Service pack 1 of windows XP, how upgrading to SP2?

  the pc is a compaq presario, 2 ghz, 512 MB, I don't know the State of the art, but essential software applications!

  I think it was SP3 crashed my pc, because it updated early December 2011 and has never worked since I recovered using tool system recovery but in XP sp1 and I can't seem to find how to get back to sp2.
