  I guess you got a request for a person to provide images to "300 ppi.  I get these from time to time.

  Images is not "PPI" (or sometimes referred to as "IPR").  Digital images have simply 'resolution', described as the number of pixels in width by the number of pixels high.

  PPP and DPI means "pixels per inch" (or "dots per inch", as it is sometimes called) and refers to a resolution to a specific display size.  But since you can take your camera image and post it to ANY SIZE you want, the custom of the image really have 'PPI' until you choose a physical output size to use for the display of the image.  The camera cannot know in advance the great that will be.  You can take two images in a row, decide to print one as a 4 x 6 "and print another as a 16 x 20" - the camera does know what you plan to do with the image - and more important still, it shouldn't have to. "

  Suppose an image is (I'll do simple numbers) 300 pixels wide by 200 pixels high.   If you were to print this image in a tiny size.... say 1.5 "wide by 1", then you could print at 200 dpi because it is the number of pixels you can align in just an inch.  If you decide to print the same image 3 "wide by 2" high then even the image would be now 100 ppi - and still you has not changed the data from the camera at all... everything you changed was the size of the media output.

  The real resolution of your camera sensor is 5184 x 3456.  So when someone says that they need a 300 PPI image, what you have to say is ' what physical size? (in inches - since its pixels per INCH and not pixels per centimeter, etc.).

  The PPI is managed by the software from your computer when you export a copy of your image for a PRECISE THAT USE of the image.  You don't want to modify your original image data - you want to create a copy of the image to give to this person who wants to display their specific image dimensions and the ppi.

  One other thing... There is also a notion of the ratio of the image.  Your camera natively produced a 3:2 image - which means that the sensor is 50% wider than it is tall.  A 4 x 6 "print maintains this same image ratio.  But note that if you look at other sizes of a 5 x 7 or 8 x 10, the ratio is no longer maintained.  This means that you have to manually crop the image to the ratio that you plan to use when you print (or indication) the image.

  The essential is that only a display of output has a notion of "PPP"... you can 'print' to a given PPP or you can display on a monitor at a given PPP, but the camera image has no such concept because it is not yet displayed.

  The process of cropping, re-sampling and export an image so that it will be a few specific when, PPI to the purpose is of size is all managed by software on your computer - and not by your camera.

  Just got a RD650 with a 720ix controller. The chassis I have is where it provides a hybrid of disk form factors. Thus, at the front left of the server it first has 6 x 2.5 "bays and then 3 x 3.5" bays, which is the first half of the bottom of basket. Then the rest of the side front of the server and the other half of the background is populated by 6 x 3.5 "bays.

  I have 6 hard drives in total: 2 x 300GB 2.5 "SAS 15 k and 4 x 3 TB 3.5" 7.2 k SAS. However, when I go in storage management in the TLT, the number of disks is only 5 and I don't get the option to include all 4 of my disks 3.5 "in a virtual drive, I get only the possibility to include 3. If the last drive 3.5 "which is located on the right side of the server and backplane is not displayed as being available.

  Now, I know that this controller supports up to 32 disks, so what do I do to get this appears as a disk?

  I'll post a picture here as well, the contours in green are my readers that ARE available, the red box is my a drive 3.5 "which is NOT displayed as being available (all the lights are on and drive seems to operate normally, if I swap this drive for another that I always get just the same 3, 3.5 available instead of all 4 readers).

  

  I would REALLY appreciate some help with this, I need this appearance of player for RAID10 or this server back!

  Yes sorry I meant far earlier, it was a dead drive, I thought since I had checked in the other bays correctly but obviously not.

  This server has only 2 usb ports! Crazy, so if you're flshing a firmware or load a driverbundle or something else in the TOC but USB, you will need to remove the keyboard or the mouse, what genius decided cela? All servers must be at least 3 USB ports, whether or not you are going to run headless finally.

  In addition, ALL 3.5 "4 drive caddies are cracked and broken where the screw fits on the front plastic part metal! This must have been done in the factory AND the hanging screws which holds the raid card down is broken!

  In any case, the initial problem is resolved.

  There is unfortunately no way to do this without using a replacement of the third party.

  One of the most popular workarounds must simply turn on the Quick Launch bar. You can put the toolbar QL next to the Start Menu and then copy the folder of programs (all programs) on this toolbar that will give you the cascading effect.

  See the post below for the steps to add the QL toolbar.

  Bar to complete tasks

  Once this done, go to Start, then right-click all programs , and then selectopen all users. This will take you to the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start start\program . This is the location where the shortcuts that appear in all the user accounts, theall programs folder.

  Copy this folder in: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

  Go toStart, all programs right click and select Open. This will take you to the
  Record of C:\Users\your start\program name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start.
  This is the folder where shortcuts that appear only in the all programs to your specific user account folder is located.
