How to get back to my default went recently to the sites when I click on the new tab?
You see, I downloaded kind of something which changed the squares which showed what I... went in front. (Sometimes just recently, but it registers itself it.) I don't mind.)
Now it shows Yahoo. And I don't want Yahoo NOT showing when I click New tab. I want that return sites.
I always love reading, if I get on the Web sites that have stories and quizzes as Quotev!
Example: You click on the new tab, and it shows the websites, you went on a field. You just click to go to her. I also added the Bookmarks tab, but... It's not the same feeling, there is for me?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.

You can use the SearchReset extension to reset preferences to default values.
Note that the SearchReset extension runs only once and then uninstalls automatically, so it will not appear on the page "> Firefox Add-ons" (topic: addons).
If you do not keep the changes after a reboot or have problems with preferences, see:

How to get back my old programs and games after the upgrade to Windows 7?
I just upgraded from Windows XP 32-bit to 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium and I followed the instructions on the Microsoft site. After installation, all my shortcuts were gone and the old programs and games, I had were put into a file called "windows.old". How can I get the programs and games in new windows? I don't want to download and reinstall EVERYTHING I had before.
You need to reinstall... 32 to 64-bit is a change of platform and requires a clean installation. Data are stored in Windows.old

How to get rid of extra bar that comes with the new update?
I'm a big fan of Mozilla and have used FireFox for many years. The new update messed up the way I had my browser, but I found an addon which allow me to move things where I wanted them once more. There is one thing that I could not fix well - the empty bar under tabs that extend horizontally over the entire screen. I unchecked toolbar bookmarks, addon bar tools and additional toolbar, but that bar it won't go away.
I completely understand the need for the redesign of the user interface and do not complain.
I have uploaded an image here.
As you can see, I like the minimalist look and this bar is trampling on this look. Once more I complain on the new UI, but this bar will be removable in a future update?
Is not an additional bar; This is the navigation bar which has always been there.
- Open the modules (Ctrl + Shift + A Manager; Mac: Command + shift + A), then the Extensions category.
- Next to Restorer of classic theme, click the Options button.
- On the main tab, under general UI, check "hide navigation bar.

He is generally meant to be a white background and the image that appears at the top left. I don't remember what I did to change this if it's my fault; If anyone knows how to get back to it, I would be grateful.

I went to view/toolbars and disabled my toolbars. Now I can not understand how to get back them. Have no 'view' to click on.
In Firefox 3.6 and later Windows, you can hide the menu bar on "view > toolbars" or via the contextual right click menu on a toolbar.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key to bring up the menu bar temporarily.
Go to "view > toolbars", right click on the menu bar, or press Alt + V T to select to show or hide toolbars (click on an entry to switch from the State).See also what happened to the file, edit and view menus? and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Toolbar_customization
