I tried to reinstall the integration features in the past, but the problem has come back at a later date. A few days after I posted this request for assistance, I needed to log out of Windows 7, so I hibernated the XP Mode image. Then, I opened a session in Windows 7 and thought I'd give it a try once again, and it worked this time! I did nothing special.
