  EDIT: I forgot to add that I do not have a background on my laptop nor can I ask my screen and it says in the lower right corner Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy of Windows is not genuine. I also cannot display my internet connection or battery life in the status bar down in the lower right and can not use my laptop built in touchpad.

  I actually ended up having a restore point system a few days before I got the virus, so I ended up just to help that, since I don't have many files added/deleted my account.
