  Hey the only way that I got rid of him was to change for Firefox as my default, NOT BING or MSN search engine.  I let it run for a few minutes and then reset my good old MSN home page and then this great big BING has been reduced to only part of MSN.   Make sure that the monitor cable is correctly connected. In addition, if you have another computer, the same connect to your computer to confirm that the issue is not because of the screen.
