  How to understand America? Do you mean WE, in North America or South America?
  I checked US Toshiba support page and Satellite A100-1201E is not listed there. It is without doubt no portable US model.
  So please be so kind and post it where we can find the Toshiba WXP drivers for this model of laptop.

  I got my X 230 Tablet laptop for only 3 months and I have to say that I am more disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service I received both the product and the seller.   What version of Win 8.1 is the unit having now? If it's the PRO version, then probably you need to enter a product key if you reinstall. Try to download using the tool of media win 8.1 64 bit (no PRO version). Use it to install Win'a 8.1. The product key should be detected and you will not be required to enter as described above.
