  Win 7 automatically detects computers in a home network. With XP you manually add network.

  You can follow the same steps as before, but instead of the mode group computers work you must select "Add a network place" or "Set up a small home or office network" and follow the prompts of the wizzard.

  The replacement of disc Hitachi is better and has more storage. I do not want to exchange them, so can I just add the new drive with one that is currently inside? How does it work? I know that storage whack TB, but how the two players work together? Can I switch from one to the other, or is everything I save the replacement player also is copied to the 2nd Hitachi 2 TB? Is it better to just keep one that suits, or what are the benefits of having 2 internal drives?

  From your problem description, I understand you want to know how to sync up to 2 hard drives on the same computer. Please let me know if you do not experience this problem.

  You can connect the hard drive to one of the desired USB ports. the hard drive will automatically get detected. The data will be automatically get saved in both the hard drive. If you want you can manually, select the file and save it on the disk you want. I suggest you to use the new hard disk as the primary and old as the secondary to back up data. You can see both hard drives listed under computer.
