I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is really no way to do what you want to do.
Here's why.
You currently have 320 pixels and you want to show the 1920 pixels. This means that the software must do six pixels of a pixel that you provide. He basically has to duplicate them. He can do a little better with a mix, possibly using the current engine CC in Photoshop to do the job instead of Premiere Pro.
Then, he must take 240 in 1080 and it's 4.5 pixels for everyone that provide you.
Then you ask to play each image four times from 15 to 60.
No offense, but you're asking to turn an ear of pigs in a silk purse.

I had developed an FPGA VI, which was the code of the analog input and analog output, and digital output in a single while loop, and an another loop while a small can program the FPGA VI reference is called RT VI to send commands and receive the data.
I am facing a problem here, all modules except CAN work, no data is received the box when I do loopback {CAN0 and CAN1}
I plugged in my COmpact RIO module in the series C-NOR-9853.
Few questions,
1. can we have two module CAN and analog & digital modules in the same VI?
2 suppose that IF I create 2 FPGA VI, can I call the two VI FPGA in the same VI RT?
3. can we have 2 different RT VI in the same project?
4. how to generate an application when RT VI and VI FPGA are involved?

How can I load different CSS rules according to the browser?
Basically I have background images set in place and when the page is scrolled on a desktop computer, the images are locked in place that their holders scroll upward and down, so I have a very simple parallax effect going on. Problem is that when I view on mobile devices and especially Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod, the background is fixed yet, but it's huge!
To after my research, background-attachment: fixed rule that is what creates the effect of simple Parallax seems to destroy the background-size rule: cover, simple force the image to view full size.
So what I think is, to see what browser uses the user and through PHP or Javascript have a separate css file load with the rule background-attachment: fixed if the user is on a laptop Desk/computer or hide if they are on an apple device. I can't understand how do however. Is this possible?
I don't want to use media queries as they are about to be unusable for this instance based on the screen size of a part of the device that are now producing people like Apple.
I just your thoughts and or possible examples that you may have encountered.

For my bpel service, I need to have an add and delete operation, so when they invoke my bpel process which may decide to add or remove, and so I did not make him two processes. I want to be able to use both an English AND a Polish language version of Windows (XP, probably) on a pc - although not to use both at the same time! Is it possible to divide the disc in some way to do this?
You talk about the partitions, you can have 1 hard disk divided into paragraph which will appear as several hard drives.
When you install XP it will ask questions about the creation of a split partition the diffence then install xp on both partitions.
If you have a hard drive with nothing on it, you can use SwissKnife (its free) to test what I say.

How to put 2 different forms of wave with the timestamp on a chart

I'm putting the 2 waveforms with different stamps on the same chart.
I'm able to do that if I post my data in my chart once.
When I write to my chart several times, the new data replaces old data, instead of concatenation to the old data.
See the vi attached for what I'm trying to do.
Can anyone suggest how to do this correctly?

It works. It's your data. Put a longer wait statement in the loop and watch.
You create 1/10 seconds of data in each simulated waveform. You have a millisecond 33 wait between your 2 simulations. The loop For will run super fast with only this 33 msec waiting that is less than 1/10th of a second. Then of course some data will overwrite old data.
Change your Simulations for "Simulate Acquisition Timing" rather than "Run as fast as Possible" which will slow down the loop and make it more realistic timetable.

In the logon form, I have to choose a code of a LOV. I have to check this code in a table to determine the type of code. There are 3 types of codes and based on the type we branch into a different form. Each of this form has a different feature.
I am able to do this. but in real need him would like to have something like the image below (is there a way to show screenshots era?)

Create a block for each code contain data.
Create a stacked canvas for each code, position them canvases stacked so that they are all in the same position (your red zone). Place the items on your three blocks each on one of the three paintings.

LRT224 - how to have a free installation of LAG for the games
How can I get a free installation of Lag for the games in LRT224?
I already tried to give "High priority" ports used by games like Dota 2, heroes of the storm, etc., as shown below, but the latency is still high.
In our previous configuration with DLink LB604, we used the sticky connection and there is no Lag. We sticky Wan1 related game Ports and 2 Wan for Http and Https Ports.
Is there a way for Linksys have a free configuration of Lag? We use this router now Internet café with 40 customers.
Please help me how to reduce the latency/Ping times. Thanks in advance
If the router of games makes the QOS, then you must disable QOS in the LRA.

Work plans have a different style of grid and the bottom
Hello
Something that was annoying me greatly is the style of grid and the bottom of the document (not the actual work plan or the canvas, I mean the application background) in the work plan 'mode '. If you select a predefined based work plan (like the web 1920 x 1080) switches the document to the mode of work plans, it seems. That means that you have a completely different style of the grid (an a terrible, because the lines are much thicker than they should be) and also if you have selected a background color personalized for photoshop, it is more gets respected. See the example below.
Keeping in mind I use windows. I don't know if that makes a difference here.
What gives? Since I use a grid for most of my work, it makes the work plans unusable for me.

What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?
This looks like a split for me screen effect.
If so, view Video 1 and the other directly above which is the other view on Video 2.
Then crop each so that each occupies 1/2 the screen of the monitor area Edit.
(widespread since I don't know your version of the software, see effects Transform/harvest).
I wrote the following in 2011 for a user to first Elements 8 in another forum
Your basic tools to reach your goal are video cropping and video effect of the Horizontal Flip.
A video on the video 1 track.
TWO video on the video track 2, directly above a video.
Highlight video ONE on the video track 1, Edit Video-effects-Mode Effects/processing/crop, followed by adjusting harvest under change effects (see at the bottom of the effects Panel) so that a video occupies the left side of the screen.
Do the same for TWO video on the video 2 track, Edit Video-effects-Mode Effects/processing/crop etc so that TWO video takes up the right side of the screen. BUT end with Edit Mode/effects/Video Effects/transformation/Horizontal Flip.
Highlight video of each side to make fits into the range of properties and the appropriate panel (position, cropping, etc.). But remember that if you make changes in 'reverse' to the right of the screen, change the effects/Crop right option panel will be to the left and left option will be right.
You may or may not need the part "flip" of the effect.
Please review and consider. If I have misunderstood your question, please let me know with precision and I will rethink what you are looking for.

This "get_extract_ready_headers" procedure to select the columns store_number, terminal_number, tran_number, tran_date, cust_id in the REX_HEAD_EXTRACT of source table. This information is selected in a ref cursor The data were field cust_id which is encrypted. How can I change the get_extract_ready_headers procedure and accomplish 2 things?
1. make this procedure the "cust_id" reading the table source and send the value of a Java program "getheaderinfo" (this java program decrypts the cust_id field).
2. when we get the value unencrypted to the Java program, make the procedure to accept this decrypted value and use it to update the CUST_ID to the table TRAN_HEAD table value target. I use Oracle 11.2.0.2 and TOAD 10.5.1.3.

One that has an OUTPUT parameter which is a SYS_REFCURSOR (that you posted initially). And will need you a second procedure that takes as a parameter IN the decrypted CUST_ID and whatever: key (s) is required for the UPDATE is generated.
