  I think that you need to access contacts via browser in your hotmail/outlook/live account: click on the "Services more" menu drop-down next to the Outlook button, then click on people, click Manage / export and save the WLMContacts.csv file.

  Philip, you are welcome.

  I would recommend first to import this file in to your Yahoo contacts on Yahoo mobile web page where are your contacts. These contacts would then sync over to your BlackBerry address book. This is the simplest method.

  Alternatively, you can use a version prior to the BlackBerry Desktop Software v6.1 or lower, to import a CSV file into your BlackBerry.

  I just got a new iPhone 6 - this is my third in a year and a half (I know, I'm horrible to do not drop into the water). Anyway, I downloaded a backup of my computer, but the only one I had done since March 2015 before I left the country for travel. What's most frustrating is that I dropped my phone in a pool in Thailand and my replacement, I then had no problems downloading all my pictures from the trip, so I don't know why they are not downloading this time or what could be different. I tried to turn on/off iCloud photo library, I tried to turn on/off Photostream library, I backed up my phone to iTunes etc. etc., but nothing works.

  Hi, have you tried to reset your iPhone?

  This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  Can someone tell me how to download email folders from my account on Windows Mail Yahoo. I'm currently out emails of their records and placing them in the Yahoo Inbox, where they are downloaded. I have then create a folder for them, and move them into Windows Mail.

  I don't know of any way to get them to download unless they are in the Yahoo Inbox. What of it?

  2. Copy the messages in the Inbox to a folder archived of Yahoo & a send/receive operation in WinMail.
  3. Move the messages from the Inbox WinMail & delete in the Yahoo Inbox.
