  You can add a blank page using Adobe Acrobat DC by following the instructions below:-

  I deleted my answer. I will update this thread to become finished:

  I have now found a solution that is described in this thread. The final answer refers to the LC online documentation and displays this page.

  My problem was that the inserted page as the first page but has no object of the latter. So I checked the Pagination on the page 2 subform properties, that I wanted to become page 1. Change the Place item in this
  Paging from 'Top of Page' tab 'on the 'Page1' page' content has been moved on the blank page 1, the second page was automatically filled with page 3, and page 3 has been deleted!

  That's all.

  Don't know why Adobe is so complicated, but it works now with the expected result.

  It's a preloader that appears due to your bandwidth.

  If each slide is a separate video, you post in a video, then you should probably use a video such as Windows Movie Maker or Camtasia software instead of Captivate.
