  I have only an ISO that I can find to Solaris 10, and I suppose that of 32-bit and 64 - bit installations use the same ISO.  Is this good?

I try to install NI VISA 5.2 (of visa52full.exe) on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and I would like to use 64-bit libraries to control my instruments (I use Java/JNA and can interface only a 64-bit Java with java only 32 bit libs with java 32 bit and 64 bit). However, after installation I can't find visa64.dll, and in the Setup, I can't find an option to force installation of the 64-bit libraries. Can someone point me in the right direction here?   In fact, consider answering my question. I realize that Dell sold us a computer with pre-installed 32-bit instead of 64-bit Win7, we ordered.

I got configer the opc via the Project Explorer client some time it works perfectly, but when I run it by the next day, he cannot communicate with an OPC server but the OPC server is to communicate with the PLC.   Now, what I had done I took the express to create vi or configer server I/O and give the name of the process even as file name as opcdemomo and same server name reference in the Project Explorer and restart and scream in low tow and three times it works I havn't get any problem.but which is not the right method.

  I read a lot about the installation of the Nvidia Quadro PCIe x 16 card in a Dell R710.  I know what parts I need to order (Dell GP347 PCI-e left Riser), but I don't know how to install the power cable 6 pin required by the Nvidia card.  Where would connect it to the motherboard Dell R710?  Is there a place to connect?  If not, is there some type of power provides I can hang the 6-pin power Cable from Nvidia and power the server?  Any help would be appreciated.

  It's a bit old now, but thought I would answer that I had this work and very happy with the performance!

  In addition to editing card, that I needed, there is NO way to provide the power that the card must provide without a power SUPPLY.  There is a really small box listed on Newegg called "ePOWER EP - 450CD 450W ATX12V/EPS12V modular juice dedicated to the area of graphics card and CPU of power".  Buy and run the GPU power cable to an empty PCI slot at the back of the Dell server.

  I also bought some video cards NVidia Quadro 4000 2 GB GDDR5 PCIe for each of my 5.5 ESXi servers. Also, I left my active integrated video graphics card and it is always primary for my hypervisor.

  Download and install the NVidia ESXi drivers on their site and follow the directions to install.  Reset.

  I use sVGA with my Horizon offices and downloaded a trial version of Sketch-Up to test the 3D.  They have a community of users who post 3D renderings and you can download it directly from the Sketch-up program.  Cruise around and check the performance.

  As a side note, I noticed IE worked worse way by using the GPU when browsing the internet.  Go to settings, advanced in Internet Explorer and has the option at the top of the page "use rendering software instead of GPU".  This change makes IE works as expected.

  OK, it seems that the file that you download site, VMware is corrupted by any reason. If you have two options:

  1. you can go to the homepage of vco server (I think in 4.2.2 it is http://orchestrator_ip) and using the java web client start by clicking on the link start Orchestrator Client

  2. go to the home page of the vco Server (if it is not http://orchestrator_ip/ that you can go there by clicking on the link in the menu of boot/VMware) and press download vCenter Orchestrator customer Installable and download the 32-bit exe client - it should work

  I had a problem of lil with my ESXi 4.0.0 build - 219382. I've implemented a new "Intel E1G44ET" NETWORK card

  This NIC shoud be supported. If I understand right, I need to install additional drivers on my ESXi server.

  I found a 'how to' on the Web page of vmware:

  1. turn on the host ESX or ESXi.

  2. place the CD in the CD-ROM drive of the host where the vSphere CLI is installed or vMA is hosted.

  3. Mount the driver CD.

  4 navigate to the & lt; CD mount point & gt; / off line-bundle / and look for the INT-intel-lad-ddk-igb-1.3.19.12-offline_bundle-166506.zip file.

  5. run the vihostupdate command to install the drivers using the offline.

  (just edit the post, the CD-ROM drive can be mounted/dev/cdrom and/dev/cdrom-had in my vma)

  Here's what I had to do to mount the iso and install the driver on my console Management Wizard vSphere:

  First of all, I attach the ISO using vSphere client on my vm VMA. then:

  sudo mkdir/media/cdrom

  sudo mount/dev/cdrom-had/media/cdrom

  vihostupdate - Server < ipaddress.or.fqdn > - install - /media/cdrom/offline-bundle/INT-intel-lad-ddk-igb-1.3.9.19.12-offline_bundle-166506.zip bundle

  It will ask for the username password and install the update. Restart the ESXi.

  If your vMA only makes available the/dev/cdrom, you can deploy the FVO in a new virtual machine and try again.

  I m wondering that you have installed Windows 7 on this good old classic. In my opinion Windows XP would be the best choice, but ok, you can do what you want ;)

  Anyway, AFAIK your laptop is equipped with an Intel graphics card then I recommend to download the driver form Intel directly because the Web from Toshiba site displays only the Windows XP display drivers.
