  If you use the option "full screen" when you publish, that'd do it. Basically what is happening, is that you get an extra HTML page. You run this page, and there is a link that opens the film in another window without the usual "chrome" as a menu bar, toolbar, etc..

  I've just updated the 13.0.1 and immediately noticed on www.rottentomatoes.com when you hold down the control key and click with the mouse it not only opens a new tab with this link which is what I want.   If your XP is preinstalled on your old computer, it is an OEM installation and cannot be moved to the new.

  If you bought a copy retail full XP, then your key should be in the case of CD holding the disc.

  If you have lost you don't have a chance and will need to purchase a new license for Windows. MS sells more than XP, and in stores, stocks are running out. eBay (and other sites) lists the number of available items - which most is a counterfeit.

  You should consider buying a newer OS, assuming that your hardware is compatible.

  One thing that can help is a bit what follows.  Do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "playback devices".  Left click the device once to highlight default (it is usually 'speakers & headphones') and then click the properties button.  Click the enhancements tab and put a check mark in the box "Loudness equalization.  Click on apply to save the changes and then click OK in all other windows and see if allowed at all.
