  2 have you uninstalled the old version of Norton anti-virus as this can cause conflicts?

  If you use Internet Explorer to download a newer version, I'd add the download site to the Trusted Sites Zone, but do this only if you are certain that the site is secure and the downloads are clean.  Sites are allowed to make more confidence within your browser without your explicit permission.

If I put a PIN on a photo using "burn", for example, it has a default value of negative exposure which is supposed to be there, and then I can change this value to get the effect I want on photography.
