You can use Windows Steady State, but he was supposed to have been removed from the MS Download Center by December 31, 2010, because Support for it will end June 30, 2011.
All that being said, it is always available on the Download Center and it's free – Windows SteadyState 2.5

How to make all the fields on one page read only (for the recipient) without having to make each field read-only?

    Hello Jmbtexas4,

By default, you will need to individually click on the fields of the form and check the 'read only' and save it. From now on, it is not possible to select all together and make the changes.

  • How can I save my files to the computer under Windows XP Home Edition?

OneCare.Live had instructions on how to back up my files when I use Windows XP Home Edition, and I want to use the backup utility. He talked about having to install the backup utility, but I don't have the instructions. Help, please.

You will need your operating system CD.

If you insert it into your CD drive.

When welcome appears, click on exit.

Make a right click my computer in the Start Menu and click on open.

Right-click on the icon for Windows XP Home edition and click on explore.

    Double-click the VALUEADD.

    Double-click MFST.

    Double-click NTBACKUP.

    Double-click NTBACKUP. MSI.

    It automatically installs Backup.

Click Finish and close all open windows.

Remove the CD from the BONE of the reader.

Click Start, all programs, accessories, system, backup tools!

    Have fun!

    1. click on start, then type the three letters cmd into the search box and press ENTER.
    2. Enter the following command and press ENTER:

    ipconfig/all | more

    Search for the word "physical".

    Here's an alternative:
    1. click on start, then type the three letters cmd into the search box and press ENTER.

  • How to recover data after the upgrade to Windows XP Home Edition?

    Original title: lost data

My Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home Edition. Some data was not justified.

Is it possible to recover the data?

My Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home Edition. Some data was not justified.

Is it possible to recover the data?

First of all, please note that Windows XP Home Edition is an edition of Windows XP. So it makes no sense to say that your "Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home." Exactly what edition of Windows XP you have before it was replaced with XP Home?

In the second place, who did the replacement, and exactly how it was? Was this an upgrade? A new installation? He did go in Windows or by booting from the CD XP Home?

Thirdly, it was not justified to exactly what data?

Fourth, it depends on your answers to the above questions, but in all likelihood, it says No Mo is quite right: If you do not have a backup of your data on an external, you're probably out of luck, and the data are gone.

    Hello

Contact the computer manufacturer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

they do it for a nominal cost of $

or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not a HP, Acer recovery disk etc

Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer

they contain all versions of vista

This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed

    Hello

about the noise I recommend going to www.realtek.com and download the driver from there, which would be much better then the driver on the toshiba site. :)

In regards to your webcam I Don t know how to help you because I watched the driver download page and I found something didn t. Maybe you should try the camera of another model software since the cameras are the same. I read on some forums (not here) that users tried with their machines and it worked for them.

    Hello

-Module PCI Memory Controller Missing Robson, that it is not available for Windows XP Home edition and it will always appear in the Device Manager. It should not bother you at all.
-Unknown device, I'm afraid that you forgot something. I don't know what, but it can be map or maybe utility password drive controller.

Please make sure that you have installed stuff all listed according to document Instructions of facilities. The order of the facilities is also very important.

Hi all, have not been here in a while...

Where should I start... Have Tecra A2 and the HARD drive died on this issue... was not able to recover whatever it's him so bought a new HARD drive.

Rather than taking it to a repair shop, I would like to re - install Windows XP myself, save money and have a clean install.

Could someone be so kind and point me in the right direction to get my operating system again?
