  The QML in your message assumes that the XML file is local, if you use a remote XML file then you will need to firstly using a few backend Qt C++ network code, download, then you can use QML.

  I would recommend from the Cascades sample quotes to get an idea of how XmlDataModel analysis work can start to look into the network access code and the file.

  Open the document in Reader, go to the menu file-> properties, then click on the tag are. You will see a list of the fonts used in the document.

  Another option is to copy the text and paste it into MS Word, where you can simply move your mouse over the text to display the name of the font.

  I'm trying to update the date in a data template on a user clicks the button, but unfortunately the Date() function gives just a format long unncesseray.  I want just the day/month/year (i.e. 10/09/2013).  How to change the Date() function to achieve this?

  I was actually able to find a workaround simpler.  I just used objects attached within the key and attached to a date function:

  I am a newbie to Labview. I'm writing a few vi to display and write data to Mdsplus.  I downloaded Mdsplus(labview) can discover Mdsplus functions, like mdsconnect, mdsput, ect, in vi to call a library function. But I have no ideal how to use it. I tried to use the Mdsconnect function to connect to a machine, but it still gives me an error like: Labview: an exception occurred in the external code that is called by a call library function node...  I was looking for help on the internet documents, but could not find anything useful. Could you please help me with this problem?  If you have examples of these vi, or teach me how it, it would be very useful. I'm using Labview 8 (windows). I would appreciate your help!  Looking forward for your reply.

  Hello everyone - this is my first post on the BlackBerry Support Forums. I'm trying to provide a lot of relevant information as possible, but if I miss anytihng or I did not understand by asking what I want, please let me know.

  Background:

  I use Eclipse IDE ver 3.5.0 and BlackBerry Java plug-in for Eclipse 1.1. I build my application for BlackBerry JRE 5.0.0.

  Question:

  I want to save a "Date" field for persistent data so that I can recover and display in the format of Date once again (no chain). Here's a more detailed explanation.

  My application has three fields on the main screen. They are

  'Name' - AutoTextEditField

  "Gender" - ObjectChoiceField

  "Date of birth" - DateField

  Using persistent data to store the data entered into these fields, as described in the BlackBerry tutorials (http://na.blackberry.com/developers/resources/A13_Storing_Persistent_Data_V2.pdf), I am able to save and retrieve all of these areas, but only in 'Chain' format.

  Unfortunately, this won't work for me for the following reason.

  I create the Date of birth as follows

  "dateOfBirthField = new DateField (" BirthDate: ", System.currentTimeMillis (), DateField.DATE" ");"

  This creates an interface evolved for Date of birth, where the user can select and edit fields month, Date and year separately. When the user saves the information entered and wants to retirve it again, I want to display the date recorded in the same format so that the user can change again in exactly the same way as described above. But if I save it as a string, I can't fill in the field "Date" with the "chain" recovered. That is, I can't do something like

  dateOfBirthField.setDate (info.getElement (StoreInfo.DOB));

  Where "info.getElement (StoreInfo.DOB)" is similar to what is described in the tutorial.

  I searched the web for a possible solution, but never found any. All I found to date stored as a string and recovered just to see what was saved, but not for the changes resulting.

  Someone please let me know if what I am asking is possible. If Yes, can you please suggest a way to do it?

  In my rtf model, I have two frames - frame1 and frame2,

  These frameworks are based on the G1 group. Group G1 features of elements empid, empname

  My requirement is

  1. to return frame1 when the query (i.e. group G1) has given, this frame1 would print out the pdf of the report xml editor - correct work

  in the xml output, I saw that < LIST_G1 / > generates as below

  2 return frame2 whenever the request (i.e. the group G1) has no data this frame2 output print pdf of the xml editor saying no report given - would not exist currently working.

  (see there is no entry for < G1 > < / G1 > at all.)

  
  

  Now because of that, my frame1/frame2 who checks the value <? choose:? > <? When: County (G1). = 0 ? > out of the reutrning in the first case (as expected)

  but don't return do not all outputs in the 2nd case (his does not work as expected by me)

  It solved using the IF ELSE block in the two frames, I'm back frame1 for the scenario IF count (G1) > 0 and return frame2 for another scenario.

  I need help from all the gurus and the experienced people in forms 6i. I'm currently building the shape that will have certain text fields and a bean area that displays the records that I had entered. Suite to the essentials is the basic form structure, I am developing
  
  1. There will be a search form that will have two text fields 'Emp ID' and 'Name Emp' and two buttons 'New' and 'find '.
  2. There is an alternative, which will have an area of bean that allows to display the following columns in it in the form of a GRID
  a. Emp ID
  (b) name of the Emp of
  This form will be also two 'Emp ID' and 'Name Emp' text fields.
  3. when I press 'New' in the search engine so the second form should open and it will be empty. I can enter data into text fields and save the form. The area of the grid (the bean area) must be empty.
  4. when I reopen the search form and enter the 'Emp Id' I just created in the previous step and click on the "Search" button then the following form should open and the "Emp Id" and the text "Emp name" fields must be populated with the data that I created in step 3 and the bean area must also display the record in the form of a grid.
  
  I'm ok with all parties except the part of area of bean. Can you help me hpw to develop the form with the area of the bean and extract data when wanted and display as a grid?
