  I just made my first film with Premiere Elements.  Now, I wanted to make a jacket of disc and a DVD label.  When I went to Adobe for help and put the jacket 'DISC' or 'CD Label' in the search box, I was always sent to Photo projects.  Once saw a tutorial on photo projects that helped to helped me to create a jacket and a label.  However, when I went to print it and format selected with its multitude of choice paper, I couldn't find a size displayed for a CD or disc jacket label.  I have labels for my CD labels, Avery and Memorex.  Was what I had to do to make a DVD jacket insert my image in Word Perfect, print and cut to size.  To create a CD label, I first did the label with Adobe Photoshop and saved.  When I tried to insert in Word Perfect, it wouldn't work because of its format.  I managed then, turning to Adobe.  I could change my copy of the label.  When I did, I was able to save it in JPG format.  I was then able to insert my copy in Word Format on the Avery 5931.

  I have an Epson R1800, and there a CD holder, so I print directly on CD, but only at a time. You can check if Avery has a label for Photoshop template. Another option would be to put your design in a smart object, then you can duplicate that and position them in a Photoshop document that corresponds to the spacing of your labels.

  In the user manual, I see for the digitization of the hull of origin of a DVD/CD and instructions for printing a CD/DVD LABEL document. But I do not see instructions for how to print my work directly on printable CD/DVD.

  When I opens the menu of the main printer to my desktop and click on the "Disc Label Print" icon, I'm able to import my work on the blank template, but then when I Press PRINT, the only options I gave have to do with paper type. A disc is not given as an option.

  Once I was able to put in place to work. But now I forgot the steps I took to have the option of disk instead of paper only.

  I tried to find a YouTube video to help, but the ones I found uses older software and are not very useful.

  Can anyone help?

  Relatively new to first Elements 7. I figured out how to make a label using Photoshop elements and same impression. However, I'm a little unhappy with the result. The label that I designed is great. My problem is that the template in Photoshop does not change the size of hub. I print directly on dvd printable inkjet. The dvd, I had have no printable material on the hub, so I end up with ink on the hub that will not dry not in this century. Even removed with q-tips, which is ok for this project, but turned to the future and always accept a better idea.

  Sorry that I did not address the issue of a PDF document. There are some subtle differences in a pure Adobe Acrobat PDF Pro and Photoshop PDF. The main thing is that you can export with editability in PS checked, but there is a little more under the hood.

  Some programs that have no problems with a PDF Acrobat file (provided the version is compatible), are reluctant to Photoshop PDF. It of a great format to send to a commercial printer and supplants the EPS as the standard. Yet, some programs do not make a perfect playback of files PDF the PS job.
